This was my first time visiting Salon SEN and I had a lovely experience. I loved the vibe of the salon. They offer coffee or tea upon your arrival and of course, taking your jacket. It’s a nice touch, I think lol. I love during the hair wash they massage your scalp and also offer to massage your hands with a hand lotion. It was a delightful experience. I highly recommend this salon. I’ll definitely return.

I couldn’t be more disappointed. I’ve been coming to this salon for years and have recommended it to so many people. Today, I came in for a bangs trim with a reference photo, but left with something completely different. The bangs are cut too far back and don’t blend gradually into the rest of my hair, as I had requested. This is honestly the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten, and I’m at a loss for what to do with my hair now.

I have very curly hair and have always found it difficult to find someone I trust with cutting my hair, I saw Paige for a haircut and color service and she is amazing! She really took the time to understand what I wanted and did an amazing job! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming as well. 100% recommend! :)

Just got a haircut with Nicolette and it was AMAZING! She was so kind and gentle with my hair during the scalp massage and shampoo. My haircut itself is phenomenal, I had horrid dead ends from a previous balayage and came in asking for layers and face framing pieces and left like a whole new woman. Definitely would recommend and come again 🥰 Would also like to add that Julie was so accommodating with the appointment, appreciated everyone so much

Always have Lauren do my hair. Too bad, she moved to another city 😭😭 This place is my go to if I want to have a decent haircut - meaning when I show them the reference, they make it happen. The staff always communicates with me of how I want my hair to look like, make sure this is the length I really want. The receptionists are friendly and professional. 🤎🤍

Nicolette did a great job matching my color however it only lasted for 3.5 weeks. I called to inform the manager and she wanted to explain regrowth to me. I explained I've been touching up gray regrowth for over 15 years and never has it only lasted for 3.5 weeks. She made no attempt to correct my concerns. If you want your touch up to last the average 6 weeks or so I'd advise a different salon. Plenty of options.

I've loved Salon Sen for years and Julie works wonders on my thick wavy hair every couple months. Today I brought my tween niece in for a cut. Paige did an amazing job of listening to my niece (and me) and making our vision come to life. It can be hard to impress a 12 year-old but I think Paige did it as she was all smiles as we left the salon! Salon Sen - a great place for 12 year olds and 41 year olds! :)

I’ve been seeing Stephanie for over a year for cuts & color and she is the best! She really takes her time during each consult to understand what you want and really wants to make sure you’re happy with the result. Also best shampoos I’ve ever had!!

Julie, Alex and all of their staff are fantastic. The salon is clean and bright, they are attentive to requests but also offer feedback based on their expertise. I’m never disappointed by the outcome or experience and would happily recommend (and have!) for women’s, men’s and even kids cuts. Top-notch local option!
