I purchased a hydrafacial online and followed the instructions to book it on the website without any issues. Regrettably, on the appointed day, precisely at the scheduled time, I received a message from the studio stating that my appointment had not been confirmed. Despite my attempts to reschedule, the website indicates full availability for the following month. Furthermore, my requests for a refund have gone unanswered. What legal term describes a situation where a company accepts payment but fails to deliver the promised service? If this matter remains unresolved, I am prepared to take any actions required and pursue all necessary avenues to ensure the protection of my consumer rights. Regrettably, I will refrain from making any future purchases from this studio.

I’ve been going to Salon Siren for 6+ years. This is a great salon. I see Jenny Newcomb. She’s amazing. She’s always a professional and really knows her craft. I’m a high maintenance client. Besides the basic color and cuts, I also use fusion hair extensions. Jenny is educated on every type of hair extension available and can recommend the best type for your hair. Her cookie skills are top notch. I drove from Saint Petersburg to see her because it’s worth it. All of the stylists are friendly and very talented.

Elizabeth is amaaaaazing! I found her through Facebook and i'm so happy I did. Her creativity and kindness gave me the strength to step out of my comfort zone and do something totally different to my hair. The best part is that you can tell she genuinely enjoys her job and loves making people feel like their best selves. She's doing my daughter's hair and makeup for her first dance, too, and I couldn't be more excited to have her as a part of my baby's special day. I just love her. You won't be disappointed if you go see her. I've never met a kinder soul in my life. Very competitive prices, as well. She wants you to feel beautiful without breaking the bank.
