The. Best. Stylist. So attentive, communicative, & gentle. I can’t wait to come back! The entire experience from entry to exit 100000/10! The instructor was amazing also! Te’a gave me the most beautiful color, compliments me so well! Absolutely obsessed. She gave me amazing aftercare instructions, so I immediately went to the beauty supply to ensure I can properly maintain my style. Thank you ESI!

Both nail techs were very attentive with my boyfriend and I. I got a gel manicure and I’m usually very hesitant to do gel because it tends to lift/peel off quickly, but Tori reassured me that she would be intentional and she was thankfully. I expect these nails to last longer than my other experiences with gel.

I had Ebony as my esthetician and she was absolutely amazing. I had the oxygen facial done today, and I can't stop looking at my glowing skin. She was so gentle, kind, knowledgeable, and took great care of me. She discussed everything that she was doing and WHY she was doing it. I felt such peace knowing that she was taking good care of me and my skin. I decided that I'm going to stick with her every month until she graduates. I had a better experience here than at other salons that cost triple the price.

Excellent service… my silk press is soooo silky and glossy and the hair color is amazing. Hair stylist Barbie did a fantastic job! Can’t say thank you enough. The instructor(s) are doing a great job. Will definitely use this service again.

My second time coming and I had a great experience both times with Kye and Destiny. Ms. D (I forgot her full name), the instructor, is excellent with her students and guests. The atmosphere is professional and welcoming. I will continue to visit!

I recently had a pedicure by Nicki Leonard at ESI. Nicki did an excellent job so much so that I've already booked her for my next pedicure. Nicki was very professional and used some techniques that I had not experienced before. Very pleased with my pedicure!!

Incredible hair services! Got a wash, blow dried and flat ironed for $12.50 (got the 50% off $25 for my first time) Hair looks great and the salon was super clean and nice inside and I didn’t have to wait at all. Very fast. Everyone who worked there was very nice! 10/10

As an Alum and even before I was a student, I enjoy the services offered. The scoring is a 3-Star is more applicable to how the front house is managed. Pack your patience and come prepared for unexpected changes that could occur while you are physically present to receive services. Other than that, it is a great school with some great beauty and wellness services performed by futures licensed professionals.

Darnell was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I feel like a brand new person! I came in with back pain in my upper extremities and wanted it to be gone.Darnell was very attentive and informative during the client consultation. I have been to other professional massage therapist, but NOTHING compares to the one I received today. The massage was HEAVENLY!!!! I wish it lasted longer! I have already re-booked with him for next month!

I really enjoyed my experience at Elaine Sterling. The student/ stylist Tae was very professional and she really listened. She made good recommendations and she did a very good silk press and trim. The prices were very reasonable!!! I recommend going here for your hair needs. I will definitely be back.

I had an amazing experience getting a facial. My aesthetician was very thorough, informative, outgoing, and kind. She took her time explaining every step that she was preparing for before touching my face.. Very happy! Will definitely return, and share with others. Money well spent.
