My stylist was Chelsie went in for consultation on 2/23 she looked at my hair and stated your relaxed and you have length great option for tape-ins. My son was with me I advised he wanted twist on his natural hair she rubbed through his hair and stated she was able to do his twist with extensions. I got my hair done on 2/26. My son got his done on 2/27. On 2/28 his braids feel out in the back. On 3/3 I ran water on my hair in shower about to shampoo and the hair started falling out while under shower. My tape ins were $450 and the hair was like pack human hair quality. She originally stated my son’s hair would be $145 but after doing 3 braids she stated it would be $40 more dollars. In total I paid $635 for styles that last up to 8 weeks.our hair has been up only a week and we both look terrible by the head. She offered to redo my son’s hair. I declined we no longer trust Chelsie to do our hair properly nor do we have the time to sit for hours. This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend her to anyone I know.

I love my hair tech however crime has hit there too many times. Break-ins on the lot is really bad. The owners are really trying to work on that problem

Being new to the Memphis Tennessee area I find that simple cordial and positive behavior especially amongst the women is very lacking. However this stylist had a great attitude and a wonderful spirit. While there are certain things that could have greatly improved my experience I will simply be happy with the extremely rare positivity that I experienced with her.

My hair stylist Cynthia Watson aka “StylesbyCynthia” is the best yet in speedy services. She is very professional and gets me in there and on my way looking great. Lisa was wonderful. My hair was beautiful. She is a wonderful Stylist, the best ever. For no reason out of the blue sky Lisa stop answering my text. I guest she didn't want my business anymore. Still don't know what happen. Called about about three times and didn't here from her. And it's not like I didn't pay her. Just out of nowhere nothing. I glad Memphis is a city with a lot of hair stylist. That want to take your money. And will answer your calls. I take back my stars 🌟 for being treated with disrespect. You could have least said what happened to you. Good Luck with whatever you are doing now.

This is where I go to get a manicure. I have been going for about 10 or 11months and it feels like the best decision I have ever made. Incredibly comfortable environment and excellent work by Precious Nails.
