Chelly is a great hairdresser keeps up on all the new products etc. I am very picky about my color as I am a red head. My hair is always the right color and cut right also very nice salon

So grateful for Chelly. We moved to Bend from Los Angeles and my husband and I could not find anyone to cut and style our hair the way we wanted it. We were eventually referred to Chelly, and now we won’t go anywhere else. She even cuts our 8yr old son’s hair too. Chelly does an amazing job on everything from haircuts to styling, color, highlighting, etc. She’s a true professional.

Very nice lady, however we discussed my cut and I made sure to let her know the worst thing she could do was to cut my hair too short. She told me she was a short hair specialist when I called to schedule. Even during the cut, I said it looked like she was cutting a lot off. Now I have a horrible short cut that is about 2” long. Blunt looking, manlike cut. She said “yes, it’s short.” I know it will grow back, but it makes me sad as I have an upcoming bday and wanted to look nice to go out. I am embarrassed. No need to say I won’t go back.

I am so grateful to Cathie for the great manicure and pedicure she gave me today! She was a pleasure to talk to as she patiently got rid of my callouses and trimmed my cuticles. My nails look fantastic! The salon is clean and peaceful. I look forward to returning the next time I'm in Sunriver!

I was treating myself to a manicure with gel...had them done on Saturday and they are already chipping 2 days later. Very disappointed. I won't be back and will not be recommending this Salon.

Dip nails are awful was told I'm to hard on them they only last for a week for almost $50 then i complained got charged another $25 when i was told to come in and they would fix for free. I didn't have luck with them staying on or fixing the problems that came up.

Got My brows done and got The dipped nails very happy with my results, and very happy with the prices for their November-December discount:) and then the nail tech was so nice she tried giving me another discount because I’m pregnant and due anytime and she said that was her gift to me (and this is my first time at the salon) but I had to tip her anyways for doing such a good job, loved all the ladies and had great Conversation

Went in on a Wednesday to try and schedule a pedi for myself and my daughter who was coming to visit. The o key gal working was doing color she was rude and said they would not be avail on Saturday someones color someone’s haircut

Great experience. I got a mani and pedi by Liz. She did a fantastic job, super friendly, and nice! I don't live in the area but I will definitely come back next time I visit Sunriver!

Just had a gel manicure and regular pedi with Liz. I have to say it was an painful cuticle process which left me with scabs in two nail beds and 5 days later the gel is peeling on one nail. Disappointing.

What a treat this salon is. I've been coming here awhile for a few different services and all of them have been fantastic, and everyone is great. Appts are always on time. Chelly gives me excellent haircuts and hair color... so glad I found her! Julie is forever THE BEST for electrolysis, and there is a brand new Infra-Red bed that has worked wonders for me already. I'm happy that I can come to one place minutes from my house and have professional, quality service with a great product line to choose from. Thanks ladies!!!
