Hannah is an absolute lifesaver! I found her during a hair emergency after a disastrous attempt to dye my own hair from platinum blonde to brown using henna dye. It turned green! In a panic, I tried to fix it with a red conditioner, which only left my hair a fiery red mess. I was mortified. Thankfully, Hannah swooped in to save the day. She quickly scheduled a consultation and carefully performed test strands to ensure my hair wouldn't suffer further damage—or end up in another wild color! With her expertise, she restored my hair to a beautiful baseline color, added some stunning highlights, and set me on a path toward healthier, happier hair. It’s been almost a year since I started working with Hannah, and I’m blown away every time I sit in her chair. Her skill, care, and attention to detail are unmatched, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Salon Synchronicity is also amazing—clean, calming, and beautifully designed. I love their thoughtful touches, like snacks, beverages, and a perfect music selection that enhances the whole experience. I've been going to Hannah for years and I could not recommend her more!! She's super talented and always goes above and beyond to get my hair to look great. Hannah listens to my needs, gets to know my hair and my goals, and then makes magic happen! When she was trying out a new color line, she even offered to re-tone my hair for free in case my hair didn't hold on to the new product as expected. Plus, she's just a joy to talk to :) The salon space is also great. It's always been relaxing and set up for great customer service (snacks, drinks, comfy lounge area, etc.), and with the new renovations, it feels next level!

If you’re looking for a stylist in Raleigh, go see Lauren at Salon Synchronicity! She did an amazing job cutting my hair. She spent a lot of time listening to my request, going over options and making sure the cut was exactly what I wanted. It’s the best haircut I’ve ever had! She took me from little house on the prairie to gorgeous, healthy and shiny! I will absolutely be going back!

I had originally set up an appointment on the last week of July, which I spoke to Rebekah initially setting up a month before and yet received a letter in the mail that the appointment had been denied yet had texted stylist about confirming. Nevertheless Rebekah was able to squeeze me in for a express cut (30 min or less) on that same week. I was not satisfied with my haircut, as I knew I wanted layers but in the front section of my bangs to cover hairline from the sides but was not aware she had created layers throughout my hair. Wanted single blunt cut that I could at least texturize.. I've had a shag in the past and it was not the look I was looking for since it felt heavy all throughout.. I tried working with the hair for at least a month (July) and reached out to Rebekah via text message and received no response thus resorted to booking appointment elsewhere to simplify the haircut.

I love this hair salon. The vibe is very relaxing and lets be honest, thats what we ladies go to a salon for.... to relax and get beautiful. Everyone in this salon is nice and professional. I am glad i found this gem when i moved to raleigh.

This is the best hair salon in Raleigh I’ve been to! Rebekah is extremely talented and completely transformed my blonde hair to be bright and beautiful again! Yesterday I had my first appointment with Darby at Salon Synchronicity and I could not be more in love with my hair! I have had a dull, natural looking copper for a couple of years now and I came in wanting a more vibrant, bright copper. Darby took her time consulting with me and making sure we were on the same page about the tone I wanted and the process it would take to get there. After a cleanse and a coloring of my hair I left with the most beautiful copper hair I’ve ever had! Someone even stopped me in my car after lunch to compliment me and ask where I had it done. 💕 go see Darby, you won’t regret it.

I went to Salon Synchronicity for a hair cut 2 weeks ago and I will truly never go anywhere else again!! Rebekah gave me my cut, and she did such a phenomenal job understanding what I want out of my hair (even when I was doing a really bad job describing it!!). I never really know what to ask for when getting my hair cut, so I always end up with the same long bob every year haha, but when Rebekah and I were talking, she really took the time to understand how I wanted to feel in my hair, and I really, really appreciated that! I have super straight and fine hair (but a lot of it) so my hair always just falls very limp. Rebekah knew EXACTLY what to do to give me some movement and shape in my hair, and it is exactly what I wanted but never knew I could have!! She also taught me how to use 2 very simple products to help achieve the look I wanted, and I have been able to recreate my look consistently since leaving the salon, and it’s so low maintence. I really never thought I could have the hair I wanted with the effort I was willing to put in (lol) but Rebekah literally showed me the way! Plus she is so so nice, and the salon is so cute :) next time you need to get your hair cut (or anything else!!) go to salon synchronicity :)

I had been unhappy with my last two salon appointments. I just wasn't getting the look I was asking for. So I was considering finding a new hairdresser but the task is always daunting. Then I remembered that I a friend of mine had recently got her hair done and it looked amazing! That's how I came to meet Rebekah. She was professional over the phone and we set up a consultation. At the consult I described what I wanted and showed her pictures. She asked questions and then restated what she heard me say. I also loved that she gave me a price before hand. Being blind sighted is never fun. First, let me say that I have been getting my hair colored forever in Los Angeles, CA and yet this is the first time I have ever had a consult scheduled before my actual appointment. I left feeling really comfortable that not only I was I in capable hands but she really understood what I was looking for. Day of Rebekah restated what I was looking for and then went to work. She did an amazing job with my hair. I had roots, grays, color and highlights and balayage to contend with. Thank you Rebekah you have my business. If you are looking for a new hairdresser that can color and cut. Rebekah will not disappoint.

The best place to get a haircut! I've gone to traditional chain barbershops for a while, but decided to give this a try. Ariel does a fantastic job and can help you figure out a new hairstyle and how to maintain it. Go see her and you will not be disappointed!
