honestly i feel more comfortable writing a review more now that someone’s spoken up, dont waste your time coming here. For one, The amount of times ive came here the door was always locked and nobody was inside, even tho it says open. Second i had wanted to go blonde and a lady had did my hair and completely ruined my hair. I had parts lighter than the other and parts of my hair breaking off, the blonde wasnt the blonde i wanted it was orange yellowish. Third I didnt get a refund ever and never got an apology. Fourth, i started coming to just cut my hair and there were times where it came out good and times where omar had given me the complete opposite of what i had asked and showed him. The prices i think are honestly ridiculous aswell. 40-50 bucks for a haircut. I had came in one day for one and a guy was getting his hair cut and he payed about 30. I payed 45. What the hell.

Honestly I had to write a review on how bad my experience was. And because I’m also super sad about it. I came in for a same day appt with Omar. I ended up receiving a partial refund, which was the best he was giving me other than fixing my hair which I said no too because I had already lost so much. The whole time he was pulling on my hair while cutting and then when he finished quickly styled it and showed me after so honestly I didn’t notice. I’m talking like in the front there’s a whole short chopped piece “layer” that doesn’t match with my other side or the cut at all. There’s more pieces like that in the back and it’s disrespectful. really didn’t like that they didn’t wash my hair or throughly comb my hair before starting to cut. Which was a major red flag but everything was so fast, like the moment I sat down he started cutting my hair. Honestly so messed up. I added two pics from before where I had normal long layers and one from after with the layer he did

Omar did an amazing job, he did highlights he did a beautiful transformation, Salon Viejo has awesome professionals who are ready to listen to you and to transform your hair, I will definitely be back 💯

I love this place so much!!!! I try my best to keep up with my short bob every 3 months, and I go to Omar for it, he’s probably the best guy I’ve ever had touch my hair! Highly recommend this place!

Love this place! They are clean, quick and most importantly they are awesome. Great vibes and service. I got a hair cut, a color touch and my nails did today. All in one, thank you all so much, you guys rock. Even though I joked about it I really appreciate you guys checking my temperature to make sure everyone is healthy and safe during these crazy times.way to go Salon Viejo!!!
