VMS Salon is a great spot; I went for the first time back in November 2024 and had such a positive expereince. The staff is very nice, and patient, and they do a great job in listening to the client on their needs. Highly recommend this spot!

Amazing!!! Anna Dragoj is the best! I came for a blow out and she did a great job and was telling me to come back to do hair color! She did my highlites and was great!! So sweet and talented definitely recommend going to her and getting highlites done or even just a blow out she does everything really great !

Lovely salon on the UWS providing professional, friendly and high quality service. Had a full revamp of my colour today; low lights and highlights beautifully blended by Michael Caballero. And finished it off with the absolute perfect haircut. Michael is a magician and the whole experience was great. Couldn’t be more pleased!

Very unhappy with service from here from Anna. For highlights, I had the to go somewhere else to be fixed. The front section of my head was much darker especially on one side - it looks like spots were totally missed and stripes of highlights. When this was pointed out to the stylist she said this is how highlights are and just continued to disagree with me rather than help provide a solution. Cut was also terrible. Also found it odd she asked for a review before the service even started…

Since I moved to the UWS I had been looking for a hair salon in the neighborhood and today I think I finally found the right one. I had an amazing experience with Vlad! He truly understood my vision and goals for my hair. Everyone in the team made me feel welcomed. I can't wait to return for my next appointment!

Nice salon on the UWS, everyone is very friendly and welcoming, fair pricing. I’ve come here twice for hair cuts, both with Anna. She is a great stylist, detail oriented, friendly and professional, I would recommend.

If you are looking for a Hair salon where customer satisfaction comes first, this is the place! I wanted to find a local hair salon where I could fix my hair easily. The first time because my hair was so dark, the color didn't open up as much as I wanted and I called them again. They booked me in and worked on my hair for another 3-4 hours. Obviously didn't charge me for the second time. Anna is the stylist that worked on my hair and she worked with patience and did her best to achieve what I wanted! Walked out so happy with pretty hair. Anna is so nice and she listens to what you want. She is the best! Now I'm getting my hair done again while writing the review 😎👌🏼I’m a returning customer 🌸

At first, I was not sure about the color and cut Anna gave me. Now after a week of wearing it, I love it! Anna is great. My only problem now is I live in SC and the salon and Anna are in NYC!

I visited Salon VMS a few weeks back for a haircut. My stylist was Michael Caballero and he did an absolutely amazing job. I have incredibly long hair and wanted to maintain its length while obtaining more shape. Michael was very receptive to my requests and gave me beautiful long butterfly layers. I will definitely be back!

Anna did balayage on my hair and not only fixed the tone from warm to cool blonde, but also gave me a haircut that really helped with some of the breakage and dryness I was experiencing. Really happy with how the final result turned out! Also, appointment booking and confirmation was super easy, and the salon space itself is really nice and relaxing!
