After seeing a handful of stylists at this salon, I landed in Chloe’s chair. I was beyond nervous but was pleasantly surprised. My hair went past my hips, and I needed to get a few inches chopped. She listened to my concern, answered my questions, took her time (I felt no rush to get in and out of her chair) and went inch by inch to make sure i was comfortable with the amount being cut. This is so important for us long haired girls, so I cannot recommend her enough.

I walked in couple hours before closing for my teenage daughter to get a haircut last minute. I was greeted by such a radiant beautiful young lady. She did such an outstanding job!! Not to mention the great vibes she gave my daughter absolutely loved her. I wish I would’ve got her name we will definitely be back to see her <3 Araceli

I had an amazing experience today! The result was exactly what I wanted – the perfect tone for my hair while preserving the length beautifully. The stylist was incredibly friendly and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. It was my first time visiting this salon, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

I want this review to be seen by anyone that hasn't gone here before. I was very excited to get my hair done professionally, mind you I havent gotten in done bleached/lightened in years. I don't color my hair maybe twice a year. Because i wanted to keep my hair healthy. I was growing it out. So when I finally was able to get an appointment - I communicated in my consultation exactly what I wanted, and through out I communicated what i absolutely do not like. She told me that my picture i showed which was blonde, I didn't ask for platinum. And told me it would be so so close to what I asked for. I said okay, bet. Because I dyed my hair box color over 8 weeks ago. I told her this purposely. I wanted her to understand i don't do my hair and last time I did it was with a box. Okay cool. So we do a treatment to get the old color out, the bad chemicals so to speak. Did a full foil and I specifically said i don't want any of this old color in my hair shown. My hair lifted like nobody's business! It was amazing how easily AND we did another treatment, bc she said it was to help the color. Mind you my original color before I came was a level 5 or 6 brown. 3 inches of growth on top. To be honest, it was the fact that this was supposed to be "close" to what i wanted. I hadn't gotten my hair done in years and to be told at the end that this is a color correction. I'm sorry I'm not dumb. I've worked in salons for years. And I'm also a licensed nail technician. they didn't want to fix my hair what so ever. It was $300. No hair cut because she was trying to get me out of there. I want to be clear, I never once was rude to anyone there even when I told her I didn't like it at all. It was her opinion that I needed two more color phases but I know that's not true. Like I said I have not had bleached hair or lightened professional too in years. They didn't want to make it right with me by fixing it. I also told her to just do a blow out. I could've been more rude but I let all the tears come out when I got into the car. Don't want to do better for new clients or clients that maybe wanted to come back then yall can reap the consequences. Good luck to you Sara.

I haven't had my hair done in years. My stylist was Avery and she was absolutely amazing. I love my hair. When I showed my daughter she cried bc she was so emotional about me looking like me after all these years. Avery you're amazing and thank you for letting me see myself again 💜

Ashlyn did such an amazing job! Came in for a trim/style and she took so much care making sure the experience was top notch, from the awesome wash (I almost fell asleep, it was so relaxing) to telling me about all the great holiday deals Salon W had going and describing the process/products she was using on my hair. She was just a natural with doing the face framing and my hair felt so polished, healthy and silky afterwards.

Great first experience with this beautiful salon. Mindy was so helpful and very sweet. She helped walk me through my options for hair extensions and very clearly wrote everything out for me. I would highly recommend this salon even from this brief experience and look forward to working more with her.

I had a very bad experience here. I’m giving two stars because at least the owner and another stylist tried to fix my hair afterward. I went in for a balayage and told the stylist I was open to what she thought would look best, I just wanted it to look natural and complement my skin tone. After 5 hours (she told me to expect 1.5) I left with hair that was splotchy, half my natural color, and half fried yellow. I could have (and have) done better at home. I had healthy virgin hair that processes easily (first photo) and an inspo pic from the last time I had my hair colored in 2020 (second photo). Pictures 3 and 4 are from the day after it was colored. I waited a few months to write this review because the salon owner was really nice about it and another stylist was kind enough to try to fix it a few days later (she was very nice too, added some face framing highlights, toned and styled it, and it did look better for a few washes) but the damage was done and I don’t want anyone else to experience this. I’ve been coloring my hair for over 20 years, everything from platinum to nearly black and never had it come out this bad, never written a bad review or contacted a salon owner but this was too much. I don’t want anyone else to go through the cost, time, damage and embarrassment I’ve experienced. I tried styling it different ways, cutting a lot of the lightened hair off, and finally broke down and box dyed it back to my natural color. If you go here, choose your stylist wisely.

Mindy was absolutely amazing!! She was my first new hairstylist in 10 years, and she made me feel right at home! She did amazing on my cut and made sure to take her time and really pay attention to the details. Will be coming back!

Mindy was amazing! She took the time for a thorough consult, explained her reasoning behind product usage, gave very helpful tips, and listened to what I wanted! She took my personal hair texture and face shape into account which is exactly what I needed. The outcome is beautiful and flattering.

Chloe did an amazing job on my hair! She was attentive and efficient and does a very Great job interpreting what my curly hairstyle needs! Highly recommended and especially appreciate her still taking care of my hair even when I ran late due to traffic! Hope to be back for another cut and color in the summer! Thanks again! Would give 10 stars! Come to Salon W and leave happy!

Coury Cox did a a wonderful job - I have long, thick hair that typically takes 1.5 hours or more to cut and style, but she had me in and out under an hour for a full wash, cut, and style. Hair turned out great, and she was so thorough and efficient

I am not pleased with my color results. What I showed the stylist was not at all what my shade turned out to be when completed. Now the shade is becoming brassy. For over $200 I expected perfection -this is far from that!! I will not return to this Salon!!

I have been coming to JJ for the last three years and he always delivers consistent, great color and cut. I’ve had several horrible experiences at other salons and was so relieved when I found JJ. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, and makes you feel like a million bucks. Highly recommend visiting him if you want to feel and look beautiful.

This salon was awful we came in early to get a haircut. Just a trim however we had to wait a hour just for someone else to come and help. We ended up waiting 2 hours after they said they'd call we never got seen and never received a call the service was terrible and they take their time even while multiple people are lined up waiting to be seen.

$400 Level 1 Stylist (listing just for price transparency) The results and experience were just "okay." The roots are more blended at the top than at the bottom, and the stylist worked very slowly—my appointment lasted from 11 AM to 7 PM for full foils w. root shadow, and a haircut. I was quite exhausted from having my hair pulled and being asked to sit up straight for 8 hours. The stylist struggled to multitask when I asked hair questions and could only foil my hair if my head was at a specific angle, rather than adjusting to my natural movements. When I expressed concern about the yellow on the newly highlighted regrowth, stylist became somewhat defensive and turned the focus on me. I really wanted to like this place :/ I will not name the stylist out of respect. I just wanted to share my honest feedback on my experience at Salon W.
