Update: as you can see below I’ve been a client for over 3 years here. They just lost me. I’ve been moved more than once same day bc my stylist wasn’t free. But the one week I needed understanding to reschedule within their cancellation time, I’m charged for my appt in full price. They did not care at all about what I had to say or what was happening to me. They were so cold and so rude. I needed to reschedule a cut about 24 hrs before my appt bc of my children’s needs so I called and texted with no luck. Eventually I went to my appt email and the system let me reschedule, about 12 hrs before. I’ve never needed to chat with anyone bc for 3+ years I’ve been a loyal client. I then needed to reschedule the second appointment for an emergency with my kiddo and I couldn’t reach anyone. I texted the number to reschedule with no reply. The system wasn’t allowing me to reschedule or contact anyone. I called and called to speak to someone in hopes of an appt later that day. No luck. They marked me as a no show. Then at once charged me full price for BOTH appointments. I understand that my stylist makes a living off of these appointments (although he also owns the salon…). And having a late cancel fee is understandable. So when I called and called to speak to someone, no one answered. I texted the number again and they said too bad. ‘Their policy is strict and they are a no front desk salon as they state in the voicemail’…how convenient that I’ve been moved without consideration but they can’t help me when I need it. Also how convenient that they are a contactless front desk with no way to reach anyone unless they reply to your text, but then their policy is ‘strict’ to just charge you. No exceptions. I tried explaining that the system allowed me to reschedule the prior appt and so I did, but she said I didn’t give them enough notice so I was wrong. They then told me to talk to my stylist directly and when I said I have no way to contact him, I never got a reply. I tried disputing the charges to no avail. After thousands of dollars there, they cared less about my situations and lost me over $190. Although they obviously don’t care. I asked to speak on the phone and discuss it and they just ignored me. I’m honestly sad and pretty hurt that they couldn’t care less. Prior review: Great booking experience. Relaxed environment. Love the coffee shop in the parking lot! But most of all, left feeling like a million bucks. Beto gave me exactly what I wanted and then some. So happy with my hair!

Leesa Lee did a fabulous job with my haircut and partial highlight! Thanksgiving I received two spontaneous compliments; one from an old friend and one from a complete stranger. Very happy with what she did with my very fine hair.

I stopped in without an appointment. And not only did Beto fit me in... but he did not want to charge me for an amazing clean up job! ( yes I tipped him)My short hair now lays perfectly!

Laurent and Virginie are the dream team of hair! I have now had a couple of experiences and can say without a doubt that I am hooked and will be a long term client of these true professionals. Laurent is the stylist and Virginie is the colorist and each is a whiz at their specialty. I also love how they consult one another to come up with the perfect solution for my unique hair. I get so many compliments after a visit with them! I really cant say enough about them and the gorgeous, understated, clean and light filled Salon West.

The website says that JUST a blowout is $40. No wash, no products and no hot tools. Maritza charged me $55 plus $11 tip. For my second visit, I was charged a completely different amount, not even listed on the website for any service. If you can't run an honest business you won't make it.

This modern, well appointed salon is wonderful. Almost too good to be true. The staff are all gracious and welcoming. The salon is spotless with all the latest equipment and Beto Diaz the owner is very talented in his craft. I am always a hot mess when I go in and leave with a smile and beautiful hair. The affordability and ease making appointments cannot be beat. This is a family operation and his wife and daughter are lovely as well. Their artistry with hair is top notch! If you’re looking for the perfect salon give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!

I only know about Laurent at Salon West. I was referred to him and I received the most amazing haircut! Great style, every hair falls into place. Make an appointment with Laurent and enjoy a little bit of France since he is French. Such a warm hearted person and a master of hair!

Maria is Ah-maaaaaaazing!!! I have been in this area a couple of years and have been in search of the perfect stylist. She not only listened, but she didn't double book me, saved my hair from damage and achieved a shade of blonde that I could only get before moving here. I couldn't be happier with the results. 😍

A friend suggested I go see Dallah and I’m so glad I did! Dallah took the time before starting to really listen and understand what I wanted. He made some good suggestions but stayed within what I wanted. I needed a color correction, roots and highlights. The process was long but I never felt rushed through any of it. He was detailed oriented and ensured the styling was done to perfection (blowout and flat iron). He was super pleasant, we had good conversation which made the 4 hours be super enjoyable. Cant wait to be back for a Brazilian blowout! Thanks Dallah, see you soon!

I went in on a same day booking on Saturday October 30th. I was greeted with a friendly smile and escorted right away to my stylists chair, Brittany. She was friendly and above all , SKILLED! She had my natural curly tresses straightened and flat ironed in 45 minutes! I have waist length and very dense hair so she definitely knows hair! I was the last client of the day and although the owners were presumably tired, they didn’t rush me out!! I thank you all for bringing life back to my hair!!😊

Virginie and Laurent are Masters at hair. I see Virginie for color and Laurent for haircut. When I came to see Virginie my color was gray and ashy she transformed my hair to a beautiful blond. It had shine and demotion and looked incredible. She is by far the best at color and would recommend her 100%. I see Laurent for my haircuts and he makes you feel beautiful. He is a true artist with cutting and every hair falls into perfect place. If you are looking for a perfect cut see Laurent.
