I decided after 30 years to change my hairstyle from a short, above the ear, pixie style. I chose the Lisa Rinna style and was really nervous but Brooke Frazier did an amazing job! You cannot get any better stylist than her so if you want a perfect cut she is the best in town!

I was very pleased with my first trip to Salon West! I called the day before a very important occasion. The receptionist was kind, and after telling her what I wanted, she said she would call me back within 30 minutes if someone was available. Fifteen minutes later, she called me back with good news. The following day, I went in and had my hair styled by Raquel. She did an amazing job! I was very happy with the price and the style! Thank you!

Amazing experience with my hairstylist Justin!! I am wanting extensions for my wedding coming up and he was very informative and helpful with the entire process. He ordered me a beautiful halo balayage piece and helped me put it in and gave me advice about caring for this product. He even went the extra mile by saying I could call after if I needed help! Thank you Justin for making this such a great experience!

Don't go here because I made appointment at 3:30 pm for Cindy. She did not show up. Staff was rude and disrespectful and judgemental because I was wearing my stuff from dialysis. There were very unprofessional.

IF THEY HAD NO STARS AS A CHOICE I would pick that one. Because this place doesn't treat others right. Who in the world would waist there time and money. Here. My sister is a kidney patient who is suffering from stage 5 kidney disease. They gave her the run around. Because the way she was dressed. So do you have to dress preppy to get professional service. What You wear isn't a reasonable to be judged. We are all people who have flaws. No one is perfect. If You really want your company to make. Get Rid of your receptionist. She is completely Rude and condescending. You don't need Toxic people like this. Why this Review Because she is Family. Blood and I don't stand for it.

I have been getting my hair highlighted for 13 years and I have never in my life had an experience worse than when I came here. I came in looking to get a brighter blonde for my engagement pictures and MICHELLE SMITH fried my hair so bad literal clumps of my hair was falling on to the floor as she attempted to brush it out. She was negligent to my paid time, as she flirted with another client, taking way to long for a men's haircut while my hair had bleach on it. After the assistant manager washed the bleach out (knowing my hair was now in a terrible condition) she asked that I still pay for Michelle's time. An absolute joke. If that wasn't bad enough, my sister who was with me tried to take a picture of one of the clumps of my hair on the floor and Michelle ripped MY hair out of my sisters hands very aggressively and refused to let us get a picture of what she had done. I am absolutely taken back by how this place handled this situation. I will NEVER be back.

When my stylist, Whitney, moved to Salon West many years ago, I followed her there. Whitney has been cutting my hair for the past 25+ years. Salon West is a beautiful salon! It’s nicely decorated, well lit, easy to walk through, and the women who wash hair do such a great job. The neck massage is one of my favorite things- so relaxing! Whitney is an outstanding stylist! I drive 1.25 hours each way just for her to cut and color my heart each month! Many of the stylists here are outstanding, and they all produce amazing results! If you’re looking for a salon in Fort Worth, I HIGHLY recommend Salon West!!

My first visit to Salon West was great! The lady at the friends desk helped me with all my questions in finding the best stylist for my hair. Ms Cynthia Glew did a fabulous job on my hair and I highly recommend her. Thank you, Cynthia for doing such a fantastic job coloring my hair. It’s the best my hair has ever looked.
