It isn't much of an "experience," but she is really good at doing hair. If you are planning to be pampered or enjoying the care of someone touching your hair, then this may not be the right place. They are all very nice, and it's a comfortable environment, but just be aware that there will be no special treatment and you will be quickly in and out (which is better than many shops). My only complaint about this was that the conditioner would only be left on for [literally] a few seconds before it was rinsed out. I do understand having many customers and being in a rush, but I'm sure that most conditioners say a minimum of 3-5 minutes, and I'm familiar with the brands that are being used. Other than that, I would recommend perhaps having more weekly or monthly specials, or an awards system of sorts for those who are committed to coming consistently. The sew-ins can be a little pricey, and you will need to bring your own hair. Some of the other prices can be steep as well: like, a deep conditioner or hot conditioner treatment. Given what I mentioned above about the amount of time dedicated to each person in one visit, I'd recommend only going for specific styles or something you can't do yourself.

The shop is very clean. It also has a nice decor. Stylist are polite. I'm still here getting my braids. Also I didn't have to wait, my stylist was waiting. I like that. Overall my experience was great. I would recommend this place to anyone. This was my first visit and I will be back.
