Ron Workman was extremely knowledgeable about the hair and its sourcing which is so important when comparing hair companies! He was diligent in making sure I had everything I needed to provide my client with a great service! You can absolutely tell this company has a passion for what they do, providing the best quality hair and service to stylists. 10/10 experience! I’m excited to continue working with Salon Xtensions!

The 28” Sandy Dunes Sasha Colby ponytail is a perfect color match on me. The quality of this ponytail is excellent. The hair is very good and it has a lot of volume for a full pony that is easy to mange and excellent for flipping. It’s also very easy to install. I watched a brief clip of Sasha showing how to install it. She showed where to place the two combs, pull the band tight and wrap it, then wrap a small section of hair around the base to lock it in. It takes a few minutes for an elevated, sleek look. I’ve worn the ponytail many times to transform looks and always receive compliments. I loved the first ponytail so much I bought a second pony!

This hair is absolute GARBAGE! Seriously I’ve gotten better stuff off of Amazon!! It started shedding and tangling so bad even after ONE wash! I called the rep and expressed my concerns and they told me it was my fault because of the products I use (which are made for extensions plus some I bought directly from them) I have 10 different certifications and have been doing and wearing extensions for 15 years so it’s safe to say I know what I’m doing. In 15 years I’ve NEVER had issues like this. They put me in contact with their “top educator” so she could just sit there and belittle me and try to tell me again that it’s my fault and idk what I’m doing. They refused to refund or replace the hair because it had already been installed. Absolute nightmare of a product and company!

i've been certified with salonxtensions for 2 years so far & are now the only brand of extensions i will turn to because it's affordable but high quality hair that literally doesn't shed which is amazing compared to all the other brands ive had experience with. as long as you take care of it the hair looks healthy for a long time! i'm certified in 5 methods through them (:

I ordered the new Sasha Colby 28” ponytail extension and I am absolutely obsessed with it! It is the softest most realistic synthetic blend I have ever felt and used. It attaches with 2 comb clips and a drawstring band that is easily hidden and creates the most secure ponytail look I have ever worn. I was even whipping my head around and jumping and dancing around and it DID NOT BUDGE. Needless to say I am obsessed and will continue ordering from this brand!

I want to make a post warning everyone about the company “salonxtensions”. I saw them posted in another group someone who works for their brand recommended them and I liked the idea that they do a private label. I am working on a new business venture and thought this would be great considering they’re a US based manufacturer. Here is where things went south. The first red flag was how overly excited the VP of sales was. When I submitted an inquiry online to learn more about the private label he immediately reached out pretty late at night. He seemed nice and I naively fed into it. They have a lot of followers on instagram and it was clear they were a legitimate company so I was not seeing the red flags. I made a few orders from the company to test out the hair and the VP of sales told me if I wanted to do a private label I would need to be certified with the company. I was already certified with Bellami and have extensive knowledge on all methods from multiple classes I’ve taken, but I thought I’d go ahead and see if I can learn anything new. Their class teaching 4 methods was $1500. They have no price listed online for this class and it almost seemed like Ron just made this number up, but I foolishly paid for the class. It was a 3 hour zoom class with terrible lighting and a condescending educator. I’m not sure how they think they can teach 4 methods in 3 hours and charge $1500. The class was a mess the lighting was awful and I could not see what the educator was even doing because of the lighting and it being on zoom. I then had an issue with their k-tips/flat tips. I installed them on a long time client who I have always used Bellami k-tips on. They immediately started shedding a ton after the clients first wash. The client uses alfaprof shampoo. Ron immediately said it’s her shampoo that caused this (after one wash). They said one wash with that shampoo destroyed the keratin and she can only use Amika or k18. They did agree to replace the keratin-tips and it took 2 weeks just to get the replacement. I now have to remove and reinstall this hair and even though my client has switch to Amika I’m afraid we will have this issue again. I felt like every concern I expressed I was met with gaslighting from this company. I spoke to the president of the company, the VP, the VP of sales and all of them seemed to put other extension brands down to boost their own, they blamed me for not knowing the science behind the keratin they use even though this was not taught in the $1500 class they had me take. They provided me a very generic certification sent to my email. Ron would contact me for no reason at all hours of the night even past 9pm. I sent a direct email to the VP of the company after she requested a call between myself and my business partner. I told her all of my concerns and expressed I felt ripped off by this $1500 class that just seemed thrown together on zoom. All of a sudden the communication from the company went completely silent. I have not heard a single thing from the company for weeks now. I noticed in their google reviews when stylist mentioned excessive shedding of the hair they replied to reviews saying things like “we do not see any orders for you” even when the stylists posted screenshots of their order. I sent a second email today because they did not respond to my last email even though they claimed they wanted to set up a meeting between my business partner and I. I was so frustrated at this point I did let them know I’m no longer moving forward with their company and I would be warning others about them. That’s when I received a threatening call from the VP. Then when I called her back it just escalated from there. I also purchased starter kits needed for a class and the company held kits hostage threatening to not ship them until I remove my negative review. Kits looked nothing as promised and were just thrown together using Amazon tools. I will post photos of what they were supposed to be vs what I got.

Ordered a Sasha Colby ponytail but USPS lost it in the mail. After a month of USPS failing to help with the situation, I contacted xtensions. Received a call from the vice president( I believe) and no questions asked sent me a replacement. Beyond happy with customer service PLUS the ponytail is so so so good, highly recommend!!

Such insanely gorgeous pieces and quality of hair!!! As a performer, I rock a LOT of hair pieces and wigs, and this pony is by far the most natural looking and LIGHT I have ever come across! And this pony is long too so you’d think it would be hot and heavy but to my delight I will have no problem whipping this baby all over the stage! Thank you for delivering such an amazing product! Living for this hombre color also!

I can’t tell you enough what a great experience this was for me! Not only was the product exceptionally better than expected but the service I received from the company was top notch. Ron was so accommodating in helping me with my first purchase. Only once in a while can a consumer get an experience that's worth more stars than the review allows. Bravo, Salon Xtensions! Fortunately, this Is my first experience with extensions. Ever since I found out that Sasha Colby from came out with her own ponytail line, I KNEW I HAD TO HAVE ONE!! I had intended to get one when I went to DragCon in LA later this month but when I found out that Sasha was having a sale this month for her birthday, I rushed to buy the 28” Molasses. As soon as it arrived, I tried it on after watching the tutorial Sasha posted on TikTok. It couldn’t be any easier for a newbie like me to put it on. I was so excited I was doing head flips all over Snapchat. I was so impressed with how soft and real it felt. I couldn’t believe it was synthetic. I am living for the quality and realness. After just wearing it once I didn't hesitate to buy two more pairs to take advantage of the birthday sale so I could take it with me to DragCon. For someone who’s never worn wigs or extensions, I am definitely ADDICTED to this company's product line. If I could, I would get it in every color!!! If you’re thinking about getting one, stop thinking and buy it already!! It is so worth it. The fierceness and head flips are contagious!! I don’t normally admit my age to anyone, but half a dozen people said I looked like I was in my 20s when I wore it as a high ponytail (note- I am more than 2x older than that!). Absolutely in love with my Sasha Colby ponytail! Easily the best quality hair piece I’ve ever purchased. I ordered the Sandy Dunes color to match the way my hair is highlighted and I received many compliments on how realistic the blend looked. Shout out to not just the product - but the customer service! My experience with Salon Xtensions was next level. Ron spoke to me on the phone not once but twice as I navigated ordering my friend the Sasha Colby ponytail for her bachelorette party. We are huge fans of Sasha and have been looking forward to her ponytail for months! My friend cried when she opened the box - and looked absolutely gorgeous for the rest of the weekend. I started using salon Xtensions about a year ago and have loved the quality the provide. My clients are happier not only because of the quality of hair but also the beautiful color options and lengths. My only wish is that they would carry reds!!! Other than that I have no complaints. My sales rep is professional and takes time to call me back even on weekends. Great company to work with!!

Omg 😲 😱, these are synthetic? No way. I pre-ordered "Molasses" frm the 28 inches @Sashacolby collab. I have been using it for almost a week now. I didn't want to leave a review when I first got it, cuz something thing's happen right after ur 1st few wears(that w/ anything you buy). The hair is a Beautiful ombre (t1b/30) of a light/medium brown at top by clips h drawstring & half way down is a gradient of a light "sun kissed" brown. This is Literally my natural hair color 😍, just way Thicc! There are 2 chips (to hold onto ur/my natural hair) & a drawstring that is a great length(not too short & not too long). Everyone I have been around &Or showed that DON'T BELIEVE M, When I tell them "it Not my natural hair or Human." They & I am BLOWN AWAY By the Quality of this Sasha ' Salon xtensions Colla. Yes, this is my 1st time buying anything from here but if these 28 inch Ponytails are This Top Quality (& gd low price), I'm excited to look at what else they have & make my 30" natural hair Thicc!(my natural hair might b long but it's really Thin & suffer with alopecia[bald spotonmyscalpethe sizes of penies- silver dollar'],. "Molasses" I ordered took only 2-4 days to b delivered(frm FL- Pa)came in a box with washing instructions, my order receipt was in a really cute envelope ✉️ (like they were leaving me a ty note 😍, the Ponytail was wrapped in 3 different hair net's(to keep unit frm getting tangled) & some packaging paper. The customer service team worked so well and got me to the right person. I ordered the Sasha Colby pony tail and I could not be happier. The quality is even better than human hair wigs I own. If you want to give dodging bullet pony tail whips, I highly recommend. You wouldn’t know it was synthetic if you weren’t told! This is my first ponytail extension ever and I'm so absolutely gagged. The Sasha Colby ponytail is of amazing quality - perfect for onstage and offstage. And the gender euphoria I've been getting from it is next level. JZ styles has much better quality of hair, buy from them instead of this company so you’re not wasting hundreds of dollars just for it not to last. I’ve been getting extensions for 4 years now and this is by far the worst hair I’ve received.

Finally, I have found amazing, high-quality hair extensions! Salon Xtension hair is far superior than other high end hair extensions I have used in the past! I love the fact that there is "zero tangling or breakage.." even after several move ups. The Color has zero fade. My Clients rave about how nice they feel! Nothing but love for this product!
