For weeks I had been on the search to find a salon that would be the right fit for me. After scrolling so long through so many Instagram accounts I found this salon. From the Instagram page I saw: -they advocated for healthy hair -never made post that joked about the state of a clients hair or worded post in a judging manner -shared healthy hair tips which for me established more of their credibility -I could see a little bit of the salon in the background of the posts which looked like I would have some privacy as opposed to getting my hair done out in the open for everyone to see like most salons are interior designed. -the surround area near the salon looked nice also -they advocated for healthy hair All of the above is why I choose to book with this Salon compared to others I found. Yesterday I went in for a new client consultation. During my styling and consultation Brandy who I booked with greeted me at the door. She immediately had good energy and a friendly smile. I had been insecure about wearing my hair out the past few months because I had damaged it a lot. Brandy recommended a good hair care plan which I will be sure to follow. She was kind the whole time, funny, and professional. I never felt judge for the state of my hair which again meant a lot to me. I ended up trimming a lot of my hair to get rid of what actually needed to go. Brandy made sure to mention that she is not scissor happy and cuts what the client is comfortable with. I was ready to let a lot of the damage go and I am so glad I did, my hair had so much body and looks so much thicker like it used to! I moved to NC a while ago and now I've finally found a salon that I can regularly go to! Looking forward to my next visit and to keeping my hair healthy and growing. -It began pouring down raining immediately after my hair was done but Brandy was so nice to offer a cap to protect my hair from the rain! The salon was very clean and styled nicely as well, super cute inside.

Been a client for almost 2 years now. As a male not many salons treat you the same as they would a female client...Salon XXIX Eleven is truly an experience, it feels like a resort for my hair! Never thought a place like this existed.

I found Jasmin on IG two years ago when I was visiting Charlotte and before I started my new job. She provided me the education on how to grow and maintain my natural hair. Due to the pandemic and other reasons, I haven’t made it back into the salon until the last weekend. New location but same exceptional service. From explaining what she was doing to also explaining what my hair needed going forward, it is the best experience of my life. She shows you before and after pics of when she trims your hair. The time scheduled is the time it will take. My hair is long and thick and I was done in 2.5 hours. Can’t wait to drive 2.5 hours again more frequently

I had the pleasure of meeting Brandy and allowing her to bring my hair back to life. Brandy educated me with knowledge of my current hair stage and hair tips moving forward. She did an awesome job with my silk press. She was a true joy! Very personable, friendly, professional,and upbeat! The weather was bad(rainy), but Brandy pinned my hair up for me. I received nothing but great compliments from my family and friends ! Can’t wait to go back to see what style is next! Thanks Brandy!!!

I have been going to Jasmin for a couple of years now! Best hairstylist I’ve had. She truly cares about healthy hair. When I did not think there was any hope for my hair, she turned it around. So thankful for her and her Gift!!!

Miss Jasmine shows the grace and patience of God when styling her clients! Not only do I go to her for my own personal styling needs. But, I also recently introduced a customer I serve with special needs to Salon XXIX's services. My customer is an older woman currently experiencing some thinning of her hair and patches where her hair won't grow to her liking. I was a little concerned of how my customer would do behaviorally in a salon atmosphere. I was so thankful that Jasmine was patient with us, calm, and offered a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. We essentially had the entire place to ourselves, where my customer could get comfortable and be herself without interrupting the experience for others. Jasmine worked with my client to perform a Hair & Scalp Wellness Consultation. Thank you, Jasmine! We are looking forward to continuing with your services!

My salon experience was amazing from beginning to the end. Jaz took her time and educated me about my hair, what products she used and how to maintain the up-keep. She was very thorough. I will drive across Charlotte to get to Jasmin at Salon XXIX for my services. Not only is she friendly, loving, and professional, she also gives the BEST scalp massages! My time there is dedicated to relaxation, good service, and catering to my scalp and haircare needs. I highly recommend her salon for all of your haircare concerns.

Jasmin KNOWS WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT!!!! Very professional and unique. Love the atmosphere, you can go to her salon and feel like you are at home. Peaceful and Safe, AWESOME!!! I learn something new every time I go for service!! Trichology never heard of this until I met Jasmin, but because of her my issue with my scalp is MUCH BETTER!!! Lovely atmosphere in the salon. Jasmin stays with a smile and is friendly. Refreshments ready. She actually educates you on your hair and how to fix the issues. Makes me feel really comfortable everytime. When she shampoos and conditions your hair it's like heaven. her fingers are giving your scalp an awesome massage!! Always a lovely experience!

Jasmin did an excellent job on my hair. She was extremely professional and refrained from being distracted by other things while doing my hair. I have always been turned off of beauty salons because I like to get in and out and some stylists don't like to respect your time. This was not Jasmin at all. I love the atmosphere of the shop and the location. I am looking forward to my next hairstyle.

Jasmin is great ! She is the only one who touches my natural hair ! She knows how to cut your hair (which is difficult to find in charlotte) , the atmosphere is relaxing and I never waited for her to finish a client. When I walk in, it’s time to start . 3rd time with her and I will return again
