Absolutely love going here. Anita is fantastic and I can trust her completely about what needs to be done to my hair. The other stylists there are great also. Friendly and outgoing. I’d give this 10 stars if I could.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon! I had been looking for a new salon for awhile now and I decided to give this salon a try. Gabbie was very welcoming, listened to what I liked and cut and styled my hair super cute! I’ve never been more satisfied with my hair. It was a total confidence booster. Thank you Gabbie for the amazing haircut and I’ll definitely be back for a bang trim in a few weeks!

Wonderful experience! Brenda did such an awesome job with my hair! Not only did she give me a great cut that I can manage at home, she recommended products that have greatly improved the texture & shine in my hair.

Staff was nice but this place is way overpriced to be receiving a great clip haircut. I left with choppy uneven layers and way too much taken off.

I live in Atlanta, but when I'm in Columbia I always stop here for some pampering. All of the stylists are great, especially Justin and Ingrid. During my last visit, I called the salon while on the road from Atlanta. Justin squeezed me in at the last second which was very nice of him. We chatted for an hour about just about everything. 😊

This is such a superior salon. Jocelyn is amazing!!! I could not say enough things about this young lady. Not only is she extremely talented and upcoming but she cares so much about YOU want. Professional, sweet and knowledgeable. She gave me the hair and confidence I could only dream of until now. The atmosphere here is amazing as well. The staff helps one another and are always kind. I couldn’t recommended Jocelyn or Salon Zazou enough. You won’t regret it 👏🏼

I love Salon Zazou. The staff makes you feel so welcome and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Anita Harwell does amazing color and cuts and she's so sweet too. My hair always looks amazing. I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for great hair cuts, color, perms, waxing and much more!

I won a gift certificate for a cut and color and was excited to try somewhere new as I work in columbia but live in Sumter. If I liked it, i would have a new place to go. First problem was the stylist only worked while i was at work, but I was willing to be flexiable. The earliest appointment I could get was a month away and i would have to use my leave time for this. I made the appointment, then it was cancelled by the stylist and had to be rescheduled. I was fine with that but because I would have to use leave time for the appointment it was 3 months later before I could reschedule and when I called it would be another month before I could get an appointment at the end of the day. The day arrived and I had gotten the time off approved and when the time came for me to leave work there was some minor emergencies going on I had to take care (need the job and the paycheck). I tried calling salon twice and received answering machine so I sent quick text to stylist telling her I would be late. As soon as could I almost ran to my car and drove as fast as I could to the salon. At a stop light I saw the stylist had sent a text wanting to know ETA. I sent a quick text of 10. I had decided as it was an appointment for cut and color I would just get a cut and anything else I could in the time I had left in my appointment even if I walked out with wet hair I know it was the best I could ask as I was late. I ended up being 35 mins late for a cut and color appointment, which the stylist would have expected it to take at the minimum 1 hour if not longer. She left and the girl at the desk kept saying the stylist already had another engagement. So the stylist was planning on doing a cut and color in 40 mins!!!!! I was as flexiable as I could be and the stylist could not wait the 10 minutes to talk to me in person knowing I was on my way. I handed my gift certificate to girl at the desk and promised myself I would share this experience with all my coworkers in my very large company so they would not waste their time along with anyone else looking for a new salon. very friendly staff however did not receive what I asked for. I asked to get my hair from it's current color to a gingery brown and had multiple reference photos. I ended up with bleached yellow highlights and my black hair. No ginger, and then they tried to send me on my way like it was cute!!! Made them redo the ginger and it only took on the three blonde highlights he put on my head. So now my hair is currently black with these random couple of gingery streaks, not money well spent. I've achieved more results through at home processes with even less damage. Not to mention it was hella expensive for barely any change , even my coworkers laughed at the new dye job. First visit and last.

I went in for a color appointment. I was told it would take 3 hours. I was there for 5.5 hours. The stylist, Nadia, was so rough on my scalp as she was styling it. I said something and she was not any gentler. My hair is a terrible stripey yellow. I told her i didnt like it and that it was not what i asked for. She put a toner on it but it is the same. My hair is a nightmare. I called the salon. I messaged them as well. I can see that they are reading my messages but they are not responding at all. I am devastated. I paid $175 for something that looks like i bleached my hair at home. I look like a before picture of a hair transformation.
