I've been getting my curly hair done by Elizabeth for over three years now, and I followed her from another salon because she’s simply the best! She listens to exactly what I want and always delivers amazing results. Elizabeth is incredibly talented, professional, and always provides great advice on how to keep my hair healthy. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and the entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. I’m always excited for my appointments because I know I’m in great hands. Highly recommend!

I came here following my stylist Elizabeth, who I've known for many years. Elizabeth is super detailed, easy to talk to, and always gets my style just right. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a great cut! the salon itself is really nice & upscale, and the staff is very friendly :)

Elizabeth is my go to colorist and I would follow her anywhere (though, I am ecstatic she is now at Ziba as it is an excellent salon). Not only does Eliz make me look good, she works with me to try new colors and be more me. I’m pretty traditional with my highlights, but I have seen some of her work with brighter, bolder colors. If that’s you, I highly recommend Eliz even more.

Elizabeth is the best— in addition to cutting my hair better than anyone, she is sweet and attentive and will make you feel welcome in her chair! She is also good about using products/treatments specific to your hair type so that it can look its best. The salon is very nice and clean as well!

Great salon! I started coming here to follow my stylist of many years, Elizabeth. She is wonderful and always takes great care of me. She listens, has great taste, and knows how to get the results I’m looking for. Everyone else at the salon is really sweet, too. It’s a welcoming environment and I look forward to going back.

Had an exceptional haircut with Elizabeth! She listened to exactly what I had in mind and explained to me how she would cut and style my hair to create a flattering look. I told her I was going to a big event that evening right afterward, and she styled my hair so gorgeous - it stayed together and looked amazing the entire night! Ilda is so special! She is so nice and professional. She will be honest and make sure to not only make you have the hair of your dreams but making sure it is healthy. I came in for a single process and a haircut with long face framing layers. She suggested a gloss instead of the single process for me as it would be less damaging and more effective and I appreciate that so much. So happy to have found Ilda in NYC.

Ilda is the best!! I have been going to Salon Ziba for six years. Ilda always does an AMAZING job with my highlights and haircut, and she is the absolute sweetest!! I feel so lucky to have found her! Visited Salon Ziba as a recommendation from our hotel. The hotel showers were awful and I couldn't wash my hair properly so treated myself to a wash and blow-out, they put me with Jeffrey who was incredible. Very talented and revitalised my poor dead hair after the hard water in Florida and lots of travelling, also such a lovely friendly guy who gave me some hair tips for when I get back home.

After having a disappointing experience at Salon, Ziba in Chelsea Alonso got in touch with me immediately to rectify the issue. I was referred to Alex. Alex is incredible. Very talented. Understood exactly what I wanted and knew exactly what to do. He was patient and understanding. I am so happy with my hair!!! Best option to treat your hair as it deserves. This place has an amazing staff , professional stylists and plenty variety of hair products. L’Oréal certified salon which is important to me. Dragan has been taking care of my hair for almost 3 years , he exactly knows what you like and what would be the best option for you according to your style, face shape,everything!

I have been coming to Salon Ziba for almost 20 years- since I was 8 years old, and I will always be a loyal customer! Dragan takes such great care with everyone in my family, and we all love coming here. We all have different hair and have been so happy with every cut! He is an amazing hairstylist and as a bonus, it is always so lovely to come and catch up with him!
