I absolutely love being a part of these suites! The environment is so professional yet warm and inviting—it truly feels like a second home. The space is beautifully maintained, and everything about it helps me run my business seamlessly. A huge shoutout to Kaitlyn at the front desk—she is an absolute gem! Her professionalism and kindness are unmatched, and she goes above and beyond to assist both me and my clients. ❌❌I had a very bad experience during pregnancy, I dyed my hair twice in a week and used bleach. ❌❌I wanted to have my hair dyed in a salon here, even though I went there twice in a row, she couldn't even do a very simple brown color, and I paid too much for her. I am never happy with the result, even though I wrote to the owner of the salon and the owner of the suite, no one helped me. I had a very bad experience, I don't recommend anyone to go here.

Hi my name is Donna, I’m a hairstylist for 31 years now. I’ve had my suite for 4 years now, I absolutely love it here. It’s kept very clean and our concierge Sunny is simply amazing. I’ve rented a suite at Salons by JC for a year now, and it is truly one of the best experiences of my 29 year career! The owners are incredible, and take care of the building and us salon owners. Our concierge is fabulous, and is an added bonus compared to any suites I have rented in the past. If you are a stylist, or any industry professional, you will LOVE this location and the people and perks Salons by JC offer.

I rented a studio at this location and I LOVED working here. The establishment is very clean and professional plus the owners/management are phenomenal! Mindy always checked in and made sure that I had what I needed to provide my clients with the best services. I highly recommend renting here if you are looking to run your own private studio.

When I scheduled an appointment I specifically asked if I will get my hair styled after the cut, I was told yes. I went in to see Donna Kincaid and showed her a picture of what I wanted. Not only was she so behind on her appointments, I told them I have really long, thick, wavy hair, she rushed my hair cut and didn’t get me what I wanted. I had to go home and style my own hair because she barely blow dried it. My hair was still wet. I’ve gotten lots of haircuts at many different salons and can typically spend about two hours getting a haircut. I spent maybe less than an hour over here. When I contacted them they advised me to come back and redo my hair with the same stylist. I definitely will not be coming back here ever!
