Great salon! I always feel welcomed when I walk in. The owner is always so nice. She is very helpful to find the right stylist for me. I have used a few different stylist and left happy. I will be back.

I was disappointed by a stylist at JC. For no reason should you walk away and use the restroom after putting a perm in a child’s hair. It was disrespectful and unprofessional. I have taken care of my daughters hair very well throughout her years. She wanted a perm so that her hair could be easier to manage by herself. We thought the experience would have been a good one however the stylist seemed annoyed. A few weeks later we went to a different stylist at Ulta and received superior treatment. Many black hair stylist hate our hair texture and it shows. They don’t like clients with nappy hair and are extra rough. That’s why many wear wigs and some get “perms”. Our hair is difficult to manage. Whatever it may be if your a stylist do your job with some enthusiasm or throw in the towel. I was disappointed that I couldn’t watch the stylist do my daughters hair. I asked if I could sit down in the salon and she said someone else is about to sit there. That person did not come in until 30 minutes later. I had to keep walking to the door and checking in. Just so disappointed. I can’t remember the stylist studio number and name off top but she has a pixie cut and she’s black. Not going to disrespectful stylist anymore. If I can’t watch them do my child’s hair then we’re leaving. Keep the deposit we’re out.

Although The employees were very friendly and helpful, Im giving 2 stars because the prices are way too high. I got a haircut, I asked to cut off only the burned ends (they only cut off one inch) I was charged $55 for a teeny tiny haircut. Down North I am able to get a haircut for $35 . PRICE ARE NOT WORTH IT. Again Emma was very friendly I give her 5 stars, but $55 for a haircut is way too high

Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I go to Michael Carter. He listens to what I want and offers advice and works great with my hair. I recently took my grandson to Michael and he was awesome. When he was done my grandson ask him to do it shorter and his hair turned out great. I need to mention that there was great conversation between my grandson and Michael. I highly recommend Salons by JC

Found my new hair home! I've had vivid color for years, and Misty did an incredible job refreshing my Pulp Riot color and making my salon trip a phenomenal treat <3 she is a true master, her attention to detail in her work is superb, I loved how she listened and collaborated with me to get the color and cut combination I wanted. The space is so inviting and chill - great music, ambience and best of all, top shelf conversation. I've also referred numerous friends with special hair needs - curly latina hair, fine hair wanting volume and movement, even a dark haired beauty wanting silver - knowing Misty would be able to give them exactly what they want. She's the real deal.

My experience was wonderful! Myself and my amore got a retwist and maintenance from a beautiful lady Lamarenee. Her service and exclusive environment was a blessing for us. Oan her original hair oil is what makes my locs moisturized healthy and not greasy. Very clean and private with peaceful high spirit filled with soul. It wasn't just a hair appointment it was a HAIR JOURNEY EXPERIENCE. WE LOCD IN NOW. SEE HER IN 4-6 weeks. By the way I never said I was a photographer but I tried my best. Lol

If your looking for an amazing nail tech then look no further. Yen Tran is the best!! She can do simple to dramatic nail work. Her art work is spectacular. Check her out @ IG:NailOpus_byYen. You will not be disappointed. Call for appt as this is her business so no other tech in her suite. She is in Suite 4. I have followed her from another location and will continue to follow her wherever she goes. Me and my daughter love her.
