I absolutely love working at Salons by JC at the Dallas Pavilion West! The environment is incredibly welcoming, and it truly feels like a community. Our suite manager, Mabel, is exceptional—always kind, attentive, and ready to assist both suite renters and clients with anything they need. The camaraderie among the suite renters is wonderful, and we all support one another while maintaining our own individual spaces. The location is ideal, with ample parking for both clients and renters, and great street visibility that makes it easy for clients to find us. It's a professional, yet friendly atmosphere that makes both work and client interactions enjoyable. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking to be part of a vibrant, supportive salon community!

I have mobility issues & I love this location because of the big parking lot with plenty of close parking. Staff at the front desk is friendly and make it a fun place to go.....& I go for a haircut and I also get THE BEST massages here. (Also good restaurants all around to make it a nice lunch time self-care time)

I really enjoy working here! There’s a good sense of community between all the tenants and the concierge manager is super helpful whenever I or my clients need anything. The building is always clean and well-maintained. Definitely a solid choice if you’re looking for a professional space or a new service provider!

The woman at the front desk is so kind when you walk in and helpful to find the suite you’re going to. The place is very clean and well kept. Always has the cutest decorations for whatever holiday or time of the year it is. You won’t be disappointed!

Had my first silk press by Ms. Jay Cerami, she did not disappoint! My hair looks amazing and she was very hospitable. She also took the time to ask what I looked for in a stylist after mentioning I had some negative experiences with others. The undeniable bounce my hair has and attention to the small details is why I will definitely be back to continue my natural hair care journey ❤

I have been looking for years! And I finally found the one! Tina did an amazing job with my crazy hair. Everyone from the receptionist to all the other employees were all so friendly. I have been looking for a permanent hair stylist and I would say that Tina is definitely the one! I will be taking my kids there as well! Thank you Tina!

I've been coming to Salons by JC for more than five years now. Tina, of Tina's Family Hair, has been giving me and my family affordable, consistent cuts since before she moved to Salons by JC, but we were glad when she did. The facilities are nice, with parts recently renovated. The facility staff are friendly and professional, and they do a great job maintaining the common areas and keeping them clean. Parking at this location is easy, and there are a number of nearby places to eat if you get your hair done near mealtimes.

Love love love coming here! The customer service is great and so many professionals to choose from!! Really appreciate the privacy, patience, ans good company the experts here give. I come here for my wax appointments and Taylor (@TayKCosmetics) has always been amazing, professional and just overall super accommodating! This is a wonderful salon, very clean, and easy to get to and easy to park. We love Lucy Pang. She does an excellent job on my daughter’s and my son’s hair. They both have curly hair. She’s friendly and does excellent work. I highly recommend this salon. There is always someone up front so you likely could walk in and receive a recommendation of a stylist there.

My kids go to Damien Baca for their cuts, they have been going to him for 6 years. He is very patient and really good. The boys love him and he is always happy and makes good conversation. I go to his wife Nalan, she is amazing with colors and cuts, she is always able to make room for someone. They are both amazing!

I went for a haircut, or trim. They placed me with Sigrid Cook. What a wonderful and sweet, kind lady. She is professional, kind and an artist at doing hair. She did a great job on my hair, her prices are very reasonable. We sat and talked for a while too, easy to talk to. I found a new hair stylist and a great one. I could not have asked for a better person to do my hair. Definitely will go back to her. If you need a great stylist, give a call. Thank you Sigrid, so much. ❤️😊
