Relocating to Greenville and finding a place to start my business was a big decision, and choosing Salon by JC turned out to be one of the best choices I’ve made! The ownership is incredibly accommodating and genuinely invested in helping you grow your business. The concierge service is amazing—always helpful and supportive, making daily operations so much easier. I’ve been here for over a year now, and I’m so excited to see how much my business has grown during this time. Beyond just a workspace, I’ve built lasting friendships here with other professionals, which has been an added blessing. I’m truly happy to be part of this community and can’t recommend Salon by JC enough for anyone looking to establish or grow their business in a welcoming and supportive environment!

I’ve had my suite here at Salons by Jc for a year, and I absolutely love it! The atmosphere is welcoming and vibrant, making it feel like a true community. I'm grateful for all the tools and resources provided, which really help me thrive. The people here are so friendly, and it's a fantastic place to grow my business. Highly recommend!

The owners Rick and Wayne are very nice and helpful. It’s always clean in the bathrooms and hallways for my clients. I would recommend Salons By JC to anyone looking into getting a suite.

I made an appointment to view the facility and get information on a lease. On the day of my visit (today) arrived 9 minutes early, no biggie,, the receptionist stated she was very busy the day before and today was the best day for a visit, GREAT! Only for her to TEXT at 10:30(my appointment time) to reschedule for a later time because she has an emergency 🤔. There was no one in the lobby the whole time we sat there and only one stylist spoke as she past through. As a student and future business partner this first impression will be a lasting one.

I opened my business at Salons by JC in November, 2021. I do massages, facials, body wraps and waxing. The owners can help you build out your suite however you want, and helped my vision of my spa suite manifest. As a new owner of a small business, this situation is ideal. There is a pleasant Concierge to greet my clients, they help me with my marketing and social media, and host events to help me grow my business. If you’re looking for a place to get started or expand your business, the community here is amazing. The owners are helpful to us every step of the way, as is our Manager/Concierge. Restrooms are also clean. The small business owners are highly skilled and friendly. Stop by today!

I opened my small business within this establishment in 2020. I spent two years here trying to grow my business. This location is hidden and has no foot traffic. Wayne and Rick are the owners of this franchise. They do nothing in which was promised that this franchise calms it does. There’s no full-time concierge, no towel service, there’s no marketing, no team building. They do not help you with anything with your small business that they claim they provide. DO NOT put your small business in here. I moved my business out of this place for good reason. They will not give you back your deposit and have not given anyone who has left from here theirs back. They have their concierge leaving reviews for herself. They write their own reviews. There is a high turn over rate for this place. When you own your own business you are not their employee. This is a right to work state. Do not fall for scams with the contract they provide. They also change that contact and add things in without notifying you. They will go into your suite claiming they’re doing maintenance when all they’re doing is looking through peoples personal things they’ve ever been caught on camera and left suite owners doors unlocked.

I wouldn’t say never go to Salons by JC. However, I would say never go to Sara Hunt of Blondies Salon in Salons by JC. I have made three appointments with her in the last year. The first one she was thirty minutes late, but she did a great job on my hair so I still tipped her really well because I’m that kind of person. The next appointment I made she was thirty minutes late AGAIN. Once again, I’m a really nice person and gave her a 20% tip for a $250 appointment. Despite the fact it was becoming a repeated behavior. This last week I rebooked with her and basically told myself to expect her to be late. I arrived at my appointment time and the doors were locked. I called her and left two text messages because her voicemail box was full. She didn’t get back to me. My appointment was at 11:30 and given her history I decided to wait until 12:15. I called two more times, and emailed her through the appointment link. I finally gave up and went shopping next to the building, I left the store around 12:45 and I decided to check and see if she was there. Nope. It’s been over a day and still silence. She completely ghosted me. I don’t know how she stays in business if this is how she treats other clients, because most people would have stopped going the first time she was late. This IS NOT how you treat people as a professional. I have never had anyone that I was paying do this because they actually want to make money. I’m highly disappointed because I actually did like how she did my hair and it’s really hard to find new stylists, which I now have to do. Don’t waste your time or money on her, she obviously doesn’t respect either.

Salons By JC is a very nice facility, however, whomever runs, manages or owns it should be extremely ashamed of how it’s run and the lack of cleanliness. There has never been a time I’ve been there for a service when the bathrooms were actually clean. They’re absolutely disgusting and they should consider making their concierge actually do something b/c she definitely isn’t greeting when I come in. So much potential, should be under new management!!!!

This is an amazing place! I have been there several times with Fatima, she’s an amazing person and takes care of everything you need. I love the way she explained the options I had regarding vitamins and IV treatments. She’s awesome!!!! Also everyone there’s so friendly and helpful! Great place! Highly recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is awesome! The concierges are great and helpful, I even saw one of them open the vending machine in order to help a mom with her kids! The place is super clean and everyone is great!

Jackie McCullough (Mychals Hair Studio) is the best! She shampooed, steamed, and two-strand twisted my natural hair. She really gets to know her clients and takes the time to understand their hair needs. I drive an hour to go to her.

I went to Lush Looks hair studio inside of salons by jc and Bailey Williams cut my hair and it looks and feels great. Everyone there was super sweet and welcoming. I am very picky about my hair and it is very rare that I find a cosmetologist that listens to me and does my hair exactly how I ask but Bailey nailed it and did it quick and effortlessly. I will definitely be back and if anyone askes me of a great place to get there hair done I will definitely be referring them to Lush Looks hair studio!
