I have been renting a suite in sbjc Kendale lakes for 5 months now. And I absolutely love it.. The privacy, cleanliness, and professionalism is outstanding. Rosie the Manager/concierge makes this establishment run professionally and makes the transition moving in smoothly . If you are looking to upscale your place of work , Sbjc is the place to be. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place ! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and pampered. The salon is clean, beautifully decorated, and has a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at ease. My stylist, Nasha is an absolute gem! I been with her for 12 years . Her partner as well . They always take their time to listen to exactly what I want and provided expert advice .Their attention to detail and skill are unmatched. I really like this place because of how welcoming it is to visit. The salon rooms are well keep and spacious. All the general areas are well maintained, bathrooms keep clean and Rosie (the manager at the front desk) always has a welcoming hello and a smile ready and waiting as soon as you walk in or a warm goodbye when you leave. I’m glad my service provider works out of this location.

My review is not about my stylist. Is about a lady called Rosie in the front desk. I believe she is in charge. Today 12/3/24 I went to my appointment. While I was inside , I received a very important private phone call. I left to the lobby to answer my phone call and this lady Rosie told me that I cannot be in the hallway with my hair like that ( there are no signs posted anywhere that says that). She proceeds to open the back door and escorted me out to the cold with my chemicals on my hair. I was not able to respond to this lady because I was in the middle of my important conversation. I could get sick from the cold outside and the chemicals in my hair. This was not appropriate to do to a customer . I have been coming here for 3 years. They should post a sign and maybe remove the benches if customer are not allowed to sit and not even answer the phone in the hallway.

Had an appt (somewhere else) for my daughter’s hoco makeup and last min the makeup artist canceled. Thankfully Rosie at the JC Salon suites location was able to find me an amazing makeup artist named, Gabriella, at the JC Salon Suites in Kendall at Mills Drive! Thank you guys for all of your help! You are THE BEST!!!

It was my first time visiting Salons by JC. I was looking for a new hair stylist. Rosie the manager was great and put me at ease. She set me up with an appointment with Ludy in suite 24. The hairdresser was professional and my hair looked absolutely stunning. The location is gorgeous, clean and even had a seasonal fall scent that I loved! I also loved the front desk holiday decor!! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone who is looking for a salon with exceptional service!

My nail tech, Ana Gomez ,is absolutely amazing! She was attentive, professional, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She listened carefully to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions for my nail design. Her precision and attention to detail were evident, and I left with beautifully done nails that exceeded my expectations. I appreciated how clean and sanitary the entire process was. Ana made sure to sanitize her tools thoroughly and maintain a clean workstation, which gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend Ana Gomez nails studio for anyone looking for quality nail care. The prices are reasonable, the service is top-notch, and the results speak for themselves. I’ll definitely be returning!

By chance I walked into the salon suites and was welcome by a warm smile. Rosie the receptionist was so friendly and informative . I was able to pin point what stylist fit my needs and she gave me all the contacts needed. I will definitely be back. Such a great experience of elite costumer service. Totally won me over.

I was connected with my barber by the manager Rosy. This is a cool place to get everything done but I really liked that we vibed being from New York. She is good people and made me more comfortable looking to get manicures here and other services. It’s an all-in-one kind of spot.

I was blown away with this place. The cleanliness was great.. I didn’t have an appointment and I needed my daughter to get her hair done. I was able to walk right in and was greeted by the sweetest concierge, Rosie. She assisted me right away and recommended the perfect hair dresser for my daughter. I highly recommend and will be bringing my other daughter in the near future.

Rosie at the front desk is awesome! She assured me in finding the most excellent hairdresser Lina!!! So thankfully to have found Lina through Rosie. My hair came out absolutely beautiful and recommend this salon. Would like to give them 1 million stars but it only lets you put 5 max! Thank you so very much!

Walking into Salon by JC is the most magical experience. From the moment you walk in you get to meet Rosie who is absolutely fabulous and willing to help you meet the right hairdresser/nail tech and more. The location is super clean and my hairdresser experience with Ludy in suite 24 was spectacular. I’m so glad I found this place while shopping at hobby lobby next door! Definitely a win win!

Soon entering I did not know much about the services and operations and Rosie was so kind and helpful. I was a walk-in and she quickly assisted me to find someone available at the moment. She connected me with Ludy suite 24 and I loved her work. She was so calm and patient and so sweet. She did exactly what I expected with the cut. I will definitely return !! Thank you

I wish I could give this place more stars! I visited Salons By JC this past weekend for a massage and was impressed with the overall service. I was greeted by their concierge, Rosie who was so nice and professional. She welcomed me and guided me directly to suite 13. I enjoyed the massage very much and especially appreciated the cleanliness of the salon. I will definitely be returning soon!

Estuve este sábado en la suite 9 con la Srta Amarilis , me realizó un Facial completo. Me encantó su profesionalidad, su trabajo quedó espectacular y me encantó. Llevaba muchos años sin realizar un facial. Les recomiendo 100% . Mi cara quedó súper.

This place has it all. Nails, tattos, facials. I love it, i went to do my nails with Cathleen in suite 34 and im so happy i went there and this place is so clean, smells great and my nails were more than 5 stars! I will be back!

Me encanta venir a este salón ya que la atención y los servicios en mi experiencia han sido impecables. Me hago las uñas con Linett en la Suite 10 y siempre he quedado muy contenta con su trabajo. Se las recomiendo al 100%

Les recomiendo este salon es un 10/10. Especialmente a la muchacha Linet en la suite 10. Amo amo como me hace el manicure y pedicure. Se las recomiendo☺️
