My review is in regards to the parking. I spend lots of money at this suite for my hair in which my hairstylist is located inside the times I've arrived there's no concierge at the front desk to assist you in my case I needed assistance with my parking validation in which this salon offers you pay a lower fee for every certain amount of hours way cheaper than the regular parking fee. The problem is with a vendor machine that jc salons have parking validation pouches inside this machine for you to purchase that wasn't working my hairstylist had to contact the manager asking how was I her client who just spent hundreds of dollars on her hair going to be compensated for the hassle . The manager told her I'd have to wait an additional 30 min for him to come to the salon to get my ticket validation for the lower fee if I didn't want to pay the over expensive dtla all day price on top of all the money I'd just spent on my hair. Jc salons if you're offering this type of service you should have a better system set up for your clientele who's bringing you business its an inconvenience and it's not fair to the clients

As a business owner and huge DTLA development advocate, I want to express the positivity that has come from this new establishment in our area: from its owner Nelson to all of the well curated health experts and stylists, this group has brought the most fantastic energy to the block. There is a great array of personal care services but also worth noting the very cool, large, modern but warm spaces and the culture it brings, and again the super hip and positive health and beauty service providers. It is a lovely place and I encourage anyone that's even close to the area (7th & Fig, South Park, LA Live) - you should make this place a stop as it is a breath of fresh and it with something healthy and useful for everyone. Thank you for the wonderful contribution to the neighborhood !!
