Every Studio in Salons by JC is Leased to an independent business owner. The Salons at Providence Commons is always very clean, and everyone is very friendly.

I had the most bizarre experience with Torrey Duerr hair. I have family in NC so she knew I was planning my NC trip around this hair appointment. Once I got to town she had to cancel and reschedule which was no problem I understand things come up, but then she cancelled a second time with no offer to reschedule or to try to fit me in during the remainder of my 2 weeks in town. I then asked if there was any way at all she could squeeze me in or put me on a waitlist of some kind since I traveled for this. She ended up offering a new time. THEN she cancelled a 3rd time and before I could even reply she blocked me?????? Oddest most unprofessional bizarre behavior I've ever experienced. I was so nice in every single message exchange too. I had just gone through a breakup and was so so looking forward to getting my hair done and even after trying to be so kind and understanding to her about her reasons for cancelling, it felt pointless because she just blocked me! Who does that! So much for being nice because she definitely wasn't nice back.

Front desk worker/greeter will drive away good business. I’ve always enjoyed my experience when visiting, however, my last visit was extremely unaccommodating, primarily due to the front desk worker’s lack of skills in customer service. Very disappointed.

Hannah T Spa is amazing! Hannah is the best in her craft!! She is the only person I let do my facials! She knows exactly how to customize your skin so you look fresh and great without makeup!

I use Skincafe Beauty Spa by Shivalika and it’s amazing. My eyebrows have ever gotten so many compliment. The JC Salons locations is so modern and beautiful.

Such an incredible Salon. I go to Kim at Salon Reflection Hair Studio and she's amazing! Kim is so knowledgeable, personable, and she always asks questions at the beginning before she even starts as part of her consultation. I've been going to Kim for years now and she is hands down the best hair stylist i've ever been to. You're sure to leave her studio with a smile on your face and a pep in your step. Make sure you make plans after because you're gonna wanna go somewhere special & fun to show your new hairstyle off. Thanks so much Kim for always making me feel amazing and extra special. You truly are one of a kind and I'm so thankful for you!! You are a gem.

This a gorgeous salon that offers endless services. Especially love Hannah T Spa foe facials. She is awesome and my 40 year old skin looks 10 years younger with 1 service and following her skin care routine!
