Unprofessional and Poor communication. Messaged me less than 2 hours before appointment. She Said,” Hello…….. doing your hair my car still getting fixed would you be able to come to around same time 4” Though she seemed to struggle with structuring sentences, punctuation and grammar, I assumed what she was trying to say was just go ahead and come in at 4 (instead of 3:30 as planned). I assumed her car was getting worked on and maybe it was just taking a little longer. Not a problem. But that wasn’t the case. I wasted gas driving over an hour in this cold just for her to tell me she meant TOMORROW at 4. When I called, people were yelling and cussing in the background. She was very sharp and really couldn’t care less about the miscommunication (at least that was her vibe and how she treated me). It’s very disappointing because I like to keep the black dollar in our community. But some of us just be out here ghetto and doing things without the spirit of excellence. Had big plans that are now ruined because of last minute cancellation. Very disappointed. I’m not saying she’s not talented at what she does. She might be good with hair. I’ll never know. but the way she handles her clients is NOT for me. She’s rude and doesn’t move like a First Class professional We gotta do better. Smh

I toured the place about a month ago and I loved it. I would definitely recommend renting a studio here. The rooms are very customizable and the people that work here give the salons an amazing setting. The salons are in a great location and in a great environment for renting. Chris did an amazing job showing me around the salons, and he is amazing with time management. He is always on time, if not early, and is always able to shift his pace due to your needs. I highly recommend renting a space here because of the friendly and comfortable environment. If you are thinking about renting here, I highly suggest you do! It will be a great investment for you and your future!

I'm so upest...I went in for a highlight and Beth fried my hair so badly I can't leave my hair down it's fried almost all the way to top of my head I was there for almost 6hrs pd 160 $ as she was yelling at her son terrible experience there is nothing I can do to fix my hair unless I cut it all off😢

The initial impression I got from the salon was relaxing, with mood lighting in the entrance and lots of aesthetically pleasing decoration.. I WAS excited to book an appointment.. but there was no one around to greet me or advise me on options or services or offer me information. I stood there for quite a while, I even walked the halls behind the receptionist area and beyond and it was a ghost-town. I finally heard someone come out of a room but they didn't stop by the front or check to see if anyone was waiting. After I used my entire lunch break waiting for nothing, I gave up and left. I found that very unprofessional and aggravating that I stood there for that long with no assistance whatsoever, they could have had a new client, because I'm looking for a place to go to regularly. I'll be taking my business elsewhere to a more courteous and professional environment, I shouldn't have to roam the halls searching for an employee and waiting an entire lunch break just to get some service!

Thai massage was the Best Massage I've ever had! Feeling 110% better immediately after and the next day as well. Comfortable environment and very relaxing. Highly recommended!
