Lena and Crystal are amazing artists! Lena is the only one who has cut our hair here, but whenever we are there, it looks like Crystal does a great job, too! Thank you for coming to Windmark! The products they recommend are also stellar, and it's obvious they care about their customers!

This salon isn't just about getting a haircut; it's where you can also trust for a complete transformation. If you're hesitant about changing your look, Crystal is the stylist you can trust. I've seen her dedication over the years, constantly improving her skills and taking on new challenges. I contacted her well in advance, shared my ideas, and trusted her expertise. We discussed different options that would complement my features, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Even days later, I'm still thrilled with how my hair turned out. It has given me more body, great layers and easy to. I have received so many compliments. My hair: fine, medium thickness and growing out my gray and white and natural color. We cut off a lot of the bulk in the back, blonde and colorings from the ends.

I was visiting Port St Joe and was in need of a haircut! It can be nerve wracking to go to a hairdresser you do not know. Be assured, Crystal is a talented hairdresser. She is professional, friendly, offers pointers on hair care and styling. But most important, I walked out with a GREAT cut!!!

Professional to say the least, These hair artists are very educated in the science of hair. The "Cut and Style" is not really this place. Yes they can do it. Its just way more than that. This is also a place for self esteem boost. This is where they save your hair like you took it to church! The free education you get to leave with and the healthy new hair is an experience in itself from Salt Air. I have been going to this shop for the last 5 years. I've never left disappointed.. Run don't walk..but definitely go!

ABSOLUTLY AMAZING! Now that I have your attention, let me tell you a story. I was born and raised in St. Joe but I live in Missouri now and I work in the automotive buisness and never have time to take care of my naturally cure hair. I had to come to town for my mother's memorial and realized my hair was knotted and matted and everywhere. Thrown in a messy bun and that's it. On top of that I am autistic and have trouble getting my hair cut anyway. I messaged chrystal about getting a last minute appointment to help my curls for my mommy's last day. She was a bit expensive but I have known crystal a long time and know you get what you pay for in this industry. Although I have never had the epic opportunity to get my hair done by her I have followed her entire journey. Not only did she get me in last minute but fix my hair up feeling amazing and brought my curls back to life. I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time. With someone with my issues this meant the world. And I left feeling confident and with a smile on my face I haven't had since my mom passed. Thank you crystal and the entire team for helping me. Keep being awesome!

Crystal is amazing! Being new to the area I went in with some existing problems with hair thinning and within six months my hair is back! Her knowledge of products is very extensive, and she is a great educator. She takes the time to make sure of what I am wanting with the cut and color. I have been using Lena for my hair needs for about 12/15 years. No matter where I have ended up(geographically), I always end up back in her chair because her love for what she does and her skill set is unmatched! Crystal and Lena are such a dynamic duo and every time I am in the salon, I feel comfortable, at home, and leave with my confidence on a thousand! You won’t find a better pair! Inviting, relaxed, friendly salon. Crystal is amazing and my hair looks fabulous every time I leave. I have thinning hair and she does a combination of regrowth treatment and extensions to give me full luxurious hair. I highly recommend Crystal and the Salon.

Phenomenal woman who takes the time to listen to her clients. She's honest, and will let you know if something won't work, but will also offer a solution as to what will work. She takes her time and makes each client feel as though they are her only client the entire time they are in her chair!

I drive all the way from Panama City to sit in Lena's chair because she is that FANTASTIC! I literally get compliments on my hair everyday, even when it's in dire need of a touch up. All the ladies employed at Salt Air are top notch and the shop is sooo chic and fabulous. I promise you can't go wrong stepping into this salon. You'll leave feeling refreshed and beautiful.

The stylist wasn’t there at appointment time, due to being out of town to pick up supplies. She didn’t call in advance to let me know that was the case, and after driving from Carrabelle, I left after a half hour of waiting. Also learned that she had booked other people for the same time of my appointment. Complete waste of time and so unprofessional.
