Best massage I’ve ever had. Sylvia was welcoming and the location/room setup is very calming. As someone who is always cold, I was thrilled to find that the table is heated. I was able to opt for fragrance free oils. Couldn’t ask for anything more out of the experience.

I had a massage done by Kathi and it was by far the best massage I have ever received. I booked the 90 minute session and she was working through a lot of knots in my back with perfect pressure. Afterwards my body felt amazing. I highly recommended her and I look forward to my next massage.

Blessed to have been introduced to Noel and her healing hands. Been seeing her for almost 3 years now and not only has she helped with recent surgeries but also recovering from car accidents and the recurring problems that have persisted. She really takes the time to listen to you and also is in tune with your body to know what you need even when you don't! Very caring and compassionate and a master of her craft.

This was my first time visiting Sylvia. The studio is clean and cozy. She worked masterfully and pulled out all the stops - hot stones, stretching, silicone cupping - throughout my deep tissue session. Each highly intentional movement was catered to my goals. This session left me feeling elevated and loosened up. Sylvia is also a delight to chat with :)

Hands down, best massage I’ve ever had! I only had time for 30 minutes, and in that time Sylvia worked out months worth of pain in my shoulder from sleeping wrong. Not only is the pain gone, she shared tips for prevention and that has been so helpful. The atmosphere is tranquil. You can feel the stress melt when you walk thru the door. Don’t put it off! You won’t be disappointed!

I have been struggling with tennis elbow pain for 6-9 months. I had been seeing a physical therapist and decided to add massage therapy to my treatment, as the PT was not helping with the pain. Sylvia listened as I told her exactly where my pain was and she focused her attention to that area and my whole arm. That night I was able to sleep pain free finally for the first time in months! I have been able to lift and go back to my regular exercise routine without pain! Sylvia is a miracle worker!!!

Sylvia was amazing! One of the best massages I have ever had. I had so much neck and shoulder tension from being a teacher and chasing two young kids around. I left feeling no tension and completely relaxed. I will definitely be back :)
