I recently visited here and had an incredible experience with Josie for a balayage. And I’m thrilled with the results! She was so friendly and welcoming from the start. She listened to what I wanted and nailed the hair color perfectly. Her skill and attention to detail are impressive. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for great hair color. Thank you for making my hair look fantastic! I’ll definitely return.

I have been going to this Salon for about 4 months as an all over bleach client! It is such a wonderful experience! The environment and staff are calming and welcoming. From the minute you walk in you are welcomed by staff and the beauty of the space with all the beautiful shop and hair products to look at! I have been getting my hair bleached now for about 3 years and let me tell you, I have never walked out with my hair feeling more healthy than I have since visiting Salt+Light! Also fun fact they just updated their color line and I didn’t think the feel of my hair post bleach could get any better but boy did it! You will not be disappointed with booking an appointment here!

Emily is amazing!! She listens to what you want, and explains the process to you so, you know what’s happening. She will not only make your hair look amazing, but will give you great customer service in the process.

I have been seeing Michele for facials and dermaplaning for almost 6 months now, and my skin is wonderful! On my first appointment, she sat down with me and went over all of my skin goals and was so helpful with her recomendations. She is always a joy to chat with and I always leave her chair feeling extremely relaxed. I also have my hair cut/styled here and it is always a great experience too. I highly recommend Michelle (and this salon) to everyone! Just love all of you guys at Salt and Light!

I love working with Madi and getting my nails done! She has done my nails for my bridal shower and my wedding and they both turned out exactly how I wanted. My grandma came with me to get my wedding nails done and Kenna did her nails and she was so sweet and was so patient with my grandma. It was such an amazing experience!

I had been a loyal customer for 3 years and because I needed to cancel, they wanted to take my credit card and charge me without my concent. This salon Salt & Light is not the best. There are Mitchell's, (Excellent) Ambiance for Nails and the Wild Hare plus others that do not have this policy. Do not go there as they continually try to get money from the client. Who would want to be charged for a cancelation???

I happened to pass this salon on my way home from work and checked out the website. I loved what I saw on the website and booked an appointment with Morgan. She was FANTASTIC, I cannot say enough good things. She gave me exactly what I was looking for, with only one reference photo. I can’t recommend this salon enough!

I have been contemplating posting this but I feel others should know. I scheduled a root touch up and haircut. I scheduled with Charlie because he is considered a “director” and wanted someone who was experienced. His brush kills your scalp ( there is also another complaint on here as well)He didn’t fully rinse out my hair and had to go back. He was super rude and blamed me for having too much hair. He took his anger out on drying my hair with that horrible brush.He claimed to cut 3 inches and it’s so uneven . Immediately went home to rinse out more color. He did not want to be there. I should have realized when I scheduled and he had so many open spots.. Super unprofessional and no experience. ***Stay away from Charlie***

There's so many positives about this place. Always clean, easy going upbeat atmosphere, courteous smiles as soon as you walk in, etc. I only have experience with the ladies on the salon side but if I had the money I would also be spending time and money here for the spa services as well. Ally is great she's always nice, very easy to converse with even for unusual conversations 😆 and she always does a great job with my hair. I appreciate her. I wish I found this place sooner TBH but at least now I get to go here for all my hair needs. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hair salon to go to without any attitudes or judgement. And I'm sure the spa side is just as lovely. 🌹

Very clean with organized scheduling. Love that there are multiple stylists qualified to work with wavy and curly hair. The nail services are awesome as well! I’ve gotten services from Emily, Erin, and Kelsie and recommend all of them! Super personable and they do a great job of explaining services/offering advice for maintenance.

Came in today for a balayage/highlights with Mckenna Simpson and absolutely loved it!!! Shes the sweetest person ever and gave me exactly what I asked for even tho I was quite specific about my hair. Will definitely be coming again shes the best!!!

I decided to check out a salon/spa for an esthetician & met Michele, Not only is she an amazing master esthetician who knows her skills but she is one of those, truly down to earth people that makes you feel so comfortable & now I look forward to my appt. as if I'm going to visit a friend! The Price is right, the atmosphere is calming & the staff is so friendly & helpful! Kate now does my "very thick hair" & is amazing! I honestly never write reviews but if your looking for top quality at a good price I strongly recommend Michele & Kate & staff at Salt & light!

Salt + Light is my favorite salon! I have gotten my hair done my Kenna both times I've been there, and she is truly the best!! She matches the hair style I want perfectly, and she does an excellent job of making sure you are satisfied.

They did a great job covering the grays. But I do think that it was really expensive just to color my hair. For the price, it should include to blow dry and style your hair and even with that is too expensive.

Update 1/4/24 Wow I am impressed! I was able to connect with the S+L team and was truly heard. The team listened to my concerns and why I was upset about my hair. They were so understanding and really wanted to make it better! Something I didn’t know was that their stylist have levels so I needed to ask for a level 4 next time! I was able to go back in today and get my hair corrected. I love how it looks (even though it’s still shorter than I would hope) now and I feel so much more confident with it! I truly can’t thank the S+L team enough for their care and consideration! 1/2/24 I had a really bad experience here. I told Bailey “I have worked super hard on my length, do not cut it.” At the end she casually told me she took an entire inch!!! Never asked me about it or told me that’s what she was doing. I’m truly shocked and now am leaving extremely unhappy. I also didn’t even get my hair styled? Just blow dry and paid. Really unfortunate. I’ve been working on growing out my hair for so long now I’m an entire inch back.

What an amazing experience! Having curly hair can be pretty stressful when it comes to haircuts, but Alicia got rid of ALL that anxiety. She knows curls, she cares about how you feel about your hair and is just so personable all around! Already booked for my next one:)
