Absolutely love this place, the staff is so friendly and everything is so clean. The salt therapy rooms are so relaxing and I really can tell a difference after every session I how I feel and how much more deeply I can breathe. Can’t recommend enough

Love visiting the salt med spa! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I feel relaxed when I’m there and have felt the positive effects from halo therapy in the salt room. Great place for if you’re feeling under the weather or just need to wind down. Will be back again!

I am creating this review to address an ongoing issue that has not been resolved since my initial complaint in May. My family and I have been loyal clients of your facility since 2021, and over the years, we have enjoyed a variety of services, including yoga classes, massage therapy, and halotherapy. However, our recent experiences have left us increasingly frustrated, and I feel compelled to formally raise this concern once again. Almost 6 months ago, in May, I reported that the adult halotherapy room was experiencing significant issues. The room had noticeable wear and tear, an unpleasant odor (moldy), and the fan was malfunctioning, which led to the halotherapy treatment not functioning as expected. Typically, when the room is operating correctly, the salt is dispersed effectively, and it is even noticeable in taste and scent. Unfortunately, during my session, this was not the case, and I was left disappointed. Despite these concerns, the front desk staff were courteous and responsive. I was not charged, and offered additional sessions, but what point does it make to give me sessions in a room that does not work? Unfortunately, upon our return today, we found that the situation had not improved and impacts the kids' room as well. While the staff was friendly, we were informed that the halotherapy generator was still not functioning properly. The staff member explained that the generator had been malfunctioning since last week, which is consistent with the information I was provided back in May. Initially, she tried to play it as if the generator shut off. I kindly asked her to not lie, and said this seems to be an ongoing issue. It wasn’t until I spoke up that the charge was waived for today’s visit. At this point, I am concerned that this issue may reflect a deeper problem with how the business is being managed. It is disheartening to waste time or to pay for services that are not being delivered as advertised, especially given the extended period of time that this issue has persisted. Given the ongoing nature of the problem and the lack of resolution, I kindly request a refund for the remaining sessions in my account. We have given your facility several months to resolve the issue, but it seems clear that no action has been taken to restore the halotherapy service to its intended quality. I trust you understand the importance of addressing this matter promptly and look forward to hearing from you soon with a resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I went in for a facial with Marielle for help with my sensitive skin and damaged moisture barrier. I went in just leaving it in her hands, because she is truly such a knowledgeable esthetician and I’m happy I did. My skin feels SO GOOD and hydrated! She explained each product that she was using and what she was doing. I love how she educated me on what to do from here on out and when it will be appropriate to start reintroducing actives into my routine. HIGHLY recommend going to see Marielle. They always run deals at the salon too!

First time visiting & I must say I love the aesthetics. I love salt lamps, so this is definitely a happy place for me. The vibe was pleasant & inviting. The front desk was friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful. Zakaria, one of the estheticians, was very friendly and patient. She explained the services that was offered, made suggestions and was just overall informative on self-care & wellness. I usually go to the salt sauna room at Jeju, so that’s what I was expecting. It’s definitely a different experience. Due to a yoga class, we had our session in the kids’ room, which kind of threw off the ambiance for us. BUT, I thoroughly enjoyed the feeling of burying my feet in the salt, the coolness in the air, the slight taste of salt in my mouth & my difference in breathing. I felt extremely relaxed and would have definitely dozed off had I been there alone. I will say the lymphatic effects were immediate for both my friend and I, about 30-40 minutes into our session. Overall, I enjoyed my session and I will be implementing halotherapy into my self-care routine. I’ll also be trying the other services offered.

Rating my experience at this facility is unique, because the massage therapist Ely Dowds WAS the experience. The facility is easy to find, with good parking and easy access. The decor was very nice, crisp and clean, modern and stylish. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. However, the massage is what made the experience a standout, not to be missed! Ely was personable and very professional. I requested deep tissue massage while explaining a few injuries I have been healing, and she was very thorough. Attentive and knowledgeable, she was easily able to assess and identify my problem areas, even ones I didn't know were problematic! It is readily evident that she has a passion for healing and therapy, and she is immensely skilled in her craft. She has skilled hands, strong and capable, but responsive enough to make the session as therapeutic as possible while staying within my comfort threshold. A true professional, I was comfortable and at ease during the entire session, and experienced genuine therapy and helpful healing. She was also eager to share her knowledge and instruct me on helpful body mechanics. Her experience and talent for this profession is easily apparent, and I highly recommend her to anyone serious about true healing massage therapy.

The spa is very unique. There are so many different things to do here, so make an appointment and know ahead of time which service to get. The staff were caring and confident.

Had a treatment on my face and it was a wonderful experience the Esethician Stephanie made me feel so relaxed while doing my face, she did a wonderful job on my face. When I leave the spa my face was glowing. I would surely recommend this place and please ask for Stephanie.

i received a package for my birthday for a massage and a salt therapy session. I have been several times before and really loved it. I feel like they have slipped in their service since the last time I was there. The employees don't really seem to care that you're there and my massage was not what it has been in the past. The salt therapy is really a wonderful health benefit and I was really excited about it when it first opened. I hope they can get back to the quality service they had when they first opened. My last visit was a disappointment. :(

My appointment time was changed the day of and they didn't send me anything but a confirmation without enough time to make it. Since it was my first time with this place I thought I had a grace period so I didn't say anything but that was not the case. They called me when I almost there and let me know that no one would be same to take me because I wouldn't make it in time. I argued that this was their fault and was given fake apologies, I can tell that they didn't care so that tells me they don't take responsibility for their screw ups. I have no faith in the company and I will try to get my money back from groupon instead of going back Saturday. If the receptionist can't do her job right, I'm afraid what the ladies that perform the waxing are capable.

The people that work at this place don’t know anything about the services offered there. They also don’t have a shower to use for after the infrared sauna...how gross is to go there to sweat for detox and then not be able to rinse off after?!?. I was originally told they had a shower only to show up the day of and they told me they don’t. Also when I called no one knew the price of anything let alone why it’s being offered. Would not recommend. The staff needs more training and a shower really needs to be installed. You can’t get full benefits of the sauna when you leave a sweaty mess with all the dried on sweat and toxins stuck on your skin.

The facility is beautiful and the staff is friendly. I got a Brazilian wax done for the first time today and my specialist was Rita; she was knowledgeable, nice and made me feel very comfortable getting this done. I highly recommend this place.

The spa is nice and quaint with a comforting Himalayan salt theme throughout. I went for a lymphatic drainage massage. The staff was nice and welcoming. However, the masseuse gave me the most painful and roughest lymphatic massage I had ever received. I needed lymphatic drainage massages for post op cosmetic surgery. Upon leaving there, I felt pain in certain areas that didn’t have any pain prior to going to the spa. Not to mention the massage cream/oil was cold. It was just a rough massage and uncomfortable experience and I couldn’t wait for the actual massage to be finished, which for $90 I should have felt otherwise. I think their service offerings are good and if I wasn’t post op where my body is so sensitive, and where I maybe wanted a deep tissue massage, then it possibly would have been more enjoyable minus the cold massage oil. However, I regret that this first experience at the salon will more than likely be my last.

Before realizing about the awesomeness of halotherapy, I suffered with constant stuffy noses, bad snoring, and a whole arsenal of other things. However the first time I walked into the spa, it was calming and relaxing. Then I actually tried a Halotherapy session, and it was amazing. The staff was above wonderful, the place was clean, and relaxing, just as it should be. But this place was definitely different from any spa. After that first experience, I became a regular guest. I mean, why would you not?

Going to the Salt Medspa has helped me get through this winter breathing easier and not getting any colds or the crud that has been going around my office like crazy!!! Being able to breathe easier at night - I also get a great nights sleep! Everyone at the Salt Medspa is so helpful and their products are amazing!! Always look forward to going to relax and rejuvenate!

Found this place on Groupon and was so disappointed. Nice atmosphere but that was the most painful Brazilian wax ever. There method is terrible and takes forever. Still had hair on me but I couldn't bare the pain. I'll stick to Sweet Samba.

Wasn't very happy with the service or the price. In the salt room you can't relax since all you hear is the crunch from the ladies stepping on the salt and not to mention the rather rough and uncomfortable massage. This wasnt our first massage so I do know what to expect but I never actually felt comfortable. There was way to much instruction never felt like I could completely unwind. I did relay my disappointment with the manager and she did offer a free massage but I just don't think this is a place for my husband and I. Would have rather the 200 back for the couples special. I have gotten better massage for half that. Just very sad.
