So far, I have had the foot treatment and spent time in the salt room. Both are extremely relaxing and refreshing experiences. I love the warm lighting and the calming music. My husband enjoyed it so much, he bought a subscription for the salt room. Karen and the staff treat each customer exceptionally well. I look forward to returning!

Great space. Very relaxing. Ionic Foot Detox with Infared Sauna combination was the perfect way to detox and relax. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

I’ve seen a marked improvement with my asthma since I’ve started the halotherapy at Salt on Main. It a great place to going and unplug. The environment is very relaxing. Karen and her staff are very friendly and helpful.

What a great relaxing experience! Karen was welcoming, gave a tour and explained the services that were available. It was such a relaxing experience doing the sauna and salt room that I signed up for one of the monthly memberships😊 I’m looking forward to trying the Salty Sauna next time!

Are you looking for a way to unwind and treat yourself to some well deserved self care. Look no further, Salt on Main is an ideal place to do just that. This was my first visit and I had the infared salt sauna treatment. SO RELAXING! and a great way to detoxify. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable about the benefits of Himalayan Salt treatments. After looking up sound bath meditation online, I came across Salt On Main Wellness Center where sound bath sessions are was performed. Once I arrived to the Wellness Center I felt at-home & peace to calm down. Sound bath meditation has helped me release stress, worries, depression and in return I received some relief and clarity. Walking away from it with a clear mind! The staff are very friendly and mainly welcoming. I appreciate the conversation that I have gained with them and the folks that are apart of the sessions, too. Peace, love and light is what you’ll find here

Five-star review for sure! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😍 I visited this Salt Spa, and it didn't disappoint. In fact, I didn't want to leave; it was AMAZING. It was everything that I needed to decompress from the stressors of life. Everything, from the hospitality provided by Karen to the infrared sauna treatment, in addition to the Dry Salt Therapy (a.k.a. Halotherapy Treatment), exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised, and I can't wait to tell everyone I know about this incredible experience. From the ambiance, the relaxing music, the overall cleanliness of this place, the story of how a woman with a dream made it come true, and the level of relaxation and service that I received, it was just what I needed to restore and so much more. Moreover, I didn't feel rushed or like another number. This place brings back humanness to humanity; I could sit back, relax, and truly take in this amazing experience while breathing out all of my worries. It's worth the hour-and-a-half bus ride it took me to get there! A heartfelt thank you to my newest environmental wellness sister, Karen, for making this an incredible experience!!! I bought a membership here and enjoyed going but the customer service got a bit hap hazard and sloppy after the front desk person left, as a result I stopped enjoying my time there. She made a difference for me. So I went until my membership ran out in Dex 2023.

My experience at Salt on Main had me questioning how I did not know about this place sooner! The infrared sauna was the best one I've been to yet. The ambiance of the wellness center is tranquil, and I left feeling refreshed. I believe the person who showed me around and educated me on salt therapy was Ms. Karen. I'm thankful for her knowledge and kindness! This is a place I would recommend to anyone needing a reset and some self-care. I definitely will be back!

Salt on Main is an amazing wellness resource in our community! Salt room visits along with some of their other services has become a go to part of my monthly self-care planning. And for allergy or cold flu season there is no better way to stay or get “clear” than halotherapy. Their staff are so helpful and welcoming, too. It’s a great way to spend a day on your own or with a group of friends, too! 💙

Spent 45 minutes in the large salt room with my wife and 5 year old son. The space is inviting, warm and energizing. The room was comfortable for my son and they had toys for him to engage with in the salt while my wife and I lounged in comfortable chairs. Highly recommend, will be back soon.

The Salt Barn is a great experience. I have been 5 or 6 times and have felt the effects a few hours afterwards. The vibe is quiet and calm and the salt really helps to clear up any congestion I have experienced. The staff is very friendly and capable of answering any questions you may have.

The time goes by so fast in the Salt Barn at Salt on Main that I'm always surprised when it's over! There are four ways to get salty: a family-friendly room, a single-person bed, an infrared heat treatment, and a more zen-like darkened room. Two massage chairs and one other infrared sauna are available (though there's no salt therapy with them). I'm an asthmatic, who has been going for a year, and my allergist says my lungs are good and clear. definitely worth a visit.
