The spa is a vibe. It's so pretty, clean, and nicely decorated. Everyone was very welcoming. Yesenia did a fantastic job on my prenatal massage. It was the best massage I've ever had, and I've tried MANY places and styles of massage. I will be back and will tell everyone I know to try Salt Spa!

A friend and myself went in for the massage with a sweetheart facial that included dermaplaning. You choose the massage you would like when you book the appointment. I had a swedish massage picked for my friend and I chose a lymphatic massage because I had had swollen lymph nodes for an extended period of time and had not been able to figure out why with my doctor. There are very few places that offer this type of massage. After searching online and coming up with every place I had checked being booked for months I decided to book at Salt and Spa because there was a spot available. I filled out a lot of paperwork and was ushered back for my facial. There was not a problem with that. I found it enjoyable and relaxing. After that was over the massage therapist ushered me into the room. For whatever reason she was under the impression that I was to receive a swedish massage. I told her I booked a lymphatic massage and she left, came back and said it did say that, I was right and that she could do that. The therapist seemed to do ok with the face and neck part but that went on for the entire massage. Before I realized the time was up and she had never moved on to the other lymph nodes. No effort was made to do under my arms or the inside of the thigh at all. After you have a lymphatic massage you are supposed to need to urinate and this did not happen to me at all. Considering there are three sets of lymph nodes in the lymphatic system and only the neck was tended to that was absolutely not a lymphatic drainage massage. I don't know if the person didn't know how to do it and was just winging it or what but the experience was pretty bad considering and it cost quite a bit not to get what you booked. The only reason I am leaving two stars is because the massage my friend received was very nice and it absolutely relaxed her and made her happy. I will not be back.

We are military and live 8 hours away in North Dakota. My husband and I booked an appointment at 10am for a couples massage… something we looked forward to and the doors are locked, no one’s here, but we were forced to pay half up front when I booked. I’m angry. This is unacceptable and in other 1 star reviews, it says the same thing happened to them.

Absolutely amazing! Jesse is the best. They're incredibly professional and attentive, taking all my concerns seriously. Deep tissue 90 minute massage is the way to go! The environment is a haven of relaxation with salt lamps and tasteful decor. I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend!!!!

This was my first time getting a massage, and this place was incredibly welcoming! They answered all the questions I had prior and my LMT Anna made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. The massage itself was amazing and found areas of stress that I wasn't even aware of! By the end of my visit, I signed up for a membership and would highly recommend this place to all.

Had a couples massage booked for today for our anniversary.. last minute they called us and cancelled. Nothing was done to make up for the fact that our anniversary massage was cancelled. Just a “oh can we do it tomorrow instead”.

I've been to Salt 5 or 6 times for massages and a facial and every experience has been excellent. The spa is welcoming, calm, clean, and has great aesthetics, including the beautiful beaded jewelry on display. I really appreciate how slick their online reservation system is for booking treatments. I highly recommend!

Was given a gift card, set up for a healthy glow facial and dermaplane add on. She literally just cleaned my skin, thorough dermaplaned, put a cooling mask for 5 min and maybe finished with serum. I figured maybe it was just a dermaplane and they forgot facial so I asked..no. That consisted of the entire facial. $120 and I’ve WAY experienced better facials at the hair school for 1/3 of the price. I honestly left thinking there was no facial, I could have done a mask at home. Never again.

Words can't describe how amazing I feel right now. My husband bought me a package. 60 min massage, 60 min detox sugar scrub wrap and 60 min ultimate facial. You guys I can not rant enough about the ladies I had today. I was taken care of so well. After the detox sugar scrub I was even able to shower! If you haven't been, you're missing out. This is also the first business in Nebraska that has the most eye catching salt room. (Very beneficial) Pictures don't do it justice. From when you walk in the door to services... just wow!! Yesenia the owner. I felt like I knew her my whole life, beyond welcoming. We even hugged before I left. Book your appointment now. I promise you... you will not be disappointed. P.s. The mini store has so many goodies and beautiful handmade bracelets. I had to buy one. Also, I believe they are from El Salvador. Absolutely stunning. I wanted to buy them all.

I went for salt therapy. The room was beautiful with a lit salt wall, comfortable chairs and pleasant music. Very relaxing and rejuvenating. The reception/gift shop area is full of eye candy. The receptionist was friendly, informative and accommodating. Really great experience. Highly recommended.

My visit was very relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Salt & Spa to a family member or a friend. First appointment was 30 min, but so will be returning for a full 60 min.

The therapist tried to be engaging but this was one of the worst reflexology massages I have ever had. The therapist was wearing street clothes, unlike the other staff, and was sipping on a soda. He did not use massage oil on my feet or hands and I left more tense than when I walked in. His massage was more grabby and jerky than actual massage and he let me in on the fact that his full time job is selling insurance. The room smelled like something was on fire, and the entire atmophere was unfriendly. Overall, very disappointing in this spa and will not be returning.

I had the pleasure of getting a pedicure and reflexology…I almost fell asleep. The atmosphere is very zen and comfortable. Staff is sweet and generous. I even snuck in an additional service request which Yessenia was able to accommodate. I will be back! ¡Mucho gracious!

Was able to book a somewhat last minute spa package with them for my birthday and they did not disappoint. They have done a good job with creating a relaxing atmosphere in every room I was in. The employees were so friendly and they did good work. For reference, I got the spa package that included a massage, salt scrub and a facial. I was so close to falling asleep more than once. I would definitely get the membership if I was staying in the area longer.

First We had our appt. Moved & calls/messages asking if we can change the time was frustrating! (busy life styles) I had high hopes for my much needed “spa” experience, the massages were mediocre-however the rushed dismissive timing was stressful, sadly you you don’t feel a spa atmosphere as it’s very dark seems old/dated & the room I was in felt uncomfortable with a stale smell. Wife wanted a facial but I guess no Esthetician is available for her to get one. Excited to explore other locations.

I had a spa membership here for a year and loved it. I think I saw every massage therapist there, and they all do a good job. I would still be going there for a monthly massage but moved far away! Thank you for giving me a year of less pain and more mobility. I also enjoyed getting facials there from time to time. I feel like I made friends here and I will miss you all. I received a facial and it was the worst/ most aggressive facials I’ve ever had. My face was literally rubbed raw… the owner was the person who did my facial and she was super nice, just super rough. Her nails were extremely sharp so the scalp massage and hand massage didn’t feel good at all. The massage consisted of her just jerking my fingers and hands so hard my entire body was moving. The facial itself was very uncomfortable and painful. The towels she wrapped on my were extremely rough and way too hot so when she scrubbed my face, it felt like sandpaper… honestly by the end of the facial I was so upset I just rushed out of there… 😔 I’ve had over 50 facials in my life and never has one compared to this. My face is raw, red and has blood spots as in writing this (8 hours later).

My boyfriend and I got a couples massage (which in and of itself was great) but.. When we called to make the appointment; we requested a male and a female. The person at the front desk confirmed that would be the case. When we arrived; it was 2 men. We didn’t have an issue with that (we just wanted massages). It was more so we were advised it would be a male and a female, and that was not the case. I would assume (and I may be wrong), based on my name, they thought I was a male and just gave me a male masseuse. I had Travis and he was great! The complaint is more so on the front desk lady who assured it would be a male and female, and it not be the case. I would still 10/10 recommend these guys. May just want to double check they schedule you how you asked

My reflexology appointment was amazing! I have a bone spur in my foot that is painful and the day after I have little to no pain whatsoever walking. I will definitely be back.

We've been here 3 times for couples hot stone massage and have always left feeling relaxed and content. Staff are friendly and welcoming, atmosphere is calm and relaxing, masseuses are attentive and very good. They make sure you're comfortable and put in extra work on the areas you request on your paperwork. We will be back!
