Ricki is amazing!!! I have been to see her twice now, for Dysport and fillers. At other Med spas I was made to feel like I had to tell them what services I wanted. There are so many, I don’t always know what direction I need to go, to achieve my desired results. Ricki is the only person I have seen who took the time to talk about what I wanted to achieve and she custom made a plan, with steps to take to get there! She listened to all my concerns and did a very thorough consultation and explained everything, in detail. I felt instantly comfortable with her! I knew I was in good hands. I received treatments to finally get the results other Med spas could not achieve. I got exactly what I wanted! !! She is knowledgeable, friendly, considerate and she delivers!! I cannot wait to go back!! Alessandra takes care of my and my daughters regular skin care treatments! I have a teenage daughter who (of course) deals with hormonal breakouts, like most teens! Her skin has been transformed and her confidence is through the roof! She goes monthly for facials and other skin care services! She was suggested skincare products to do at home, to keep her skin on point between spa treatments! Put your trust in Alessandra for skin care, product recommendations, waxing, brow lamination, lasers and the list goes on. These extremely knowledgeable, professional women have my 100% trust! It is my favorite self-care place to go! I always feel amazing and always look forward to any upcoming appointments! Thank you Salt Spa for absolutely everything you do for us!

I booked a massage with Alessandra and it was most definitely the best massage I have ever had. My job requires a lot of standing and repetitive movement of the same muscles in my back and I was feeling a lot of tension. Alessandra made sure to focus on all the right areas of my back and helped me feel some relief. She was also very sweet and comforting through the appointment. I will definitely be back :)

My experience at Salt Spa and Wellness has been absolutely wonderful. I initially came in for a consult and knew right away that this is where I would have any treatments done. The front desk has been consistently available and happy to help. The facility itself is modern, clean, and professional with a super comfortable waiting area. My nurse Ashley has been a true Godsend. She attentively assessed all of my concerns and went over which treatments would best address my specific problems. I was able to make an informed decision based on her expertise and recommendations. She had an answer to every question and took her time when coming up with a treatment plan that would best suit my needs and budget. We went with the Halo and BBL. The procedure itself can be scary, but she made it so easy and comfortable. She checked in on me the days following and was available to answer any questions I had about aftercare over the weekend. You can tell when someone genuinely loves their job and and this is made obvious by the way in which Ashley cares for her patients, as well as how she is an actual encyclopedia on all the things pertaining to the skin (laser, botox, filler, etc.). Scheduling a free consult was probably the best decision I have ever made for my skin - I am already seeing results that I didn’t even think were possible given the state of my skin prior to seeking treatment. It can feel vulnerable and uncomfortable to face your flaws, but not once did I feel judged or out of place here. I would highly recommend Salt Spa and Wellness to anyone and will absolutely be back. Big thanks to Ashley and the amazing team that are out here working wonders in VB.

It's long overdue I leave a little love for this awesome facility! Moving here two years ago after a decade in San Diego, I was super apprehensive about finding a good provider. For those who have experience receiving aesthetic medical services, you can have amazing experiences... and sometimes, not so much. I was recommended to come here from a local real estate agent. And I quote, "everyone uses Ricki". I can absolutely see why! Ricki is an incredibly skilled injector and has a very good eye for ensuring that anything you have done suits not only your face, but also doesn't get that "overworked" look. I've been regularly getting Botox, had my lips filled and as of Monday, just finished my second cool peel with Ashley. It's always a treat coming here. No judgment, no gimmicks, just quality care! I've also gotten a stellar facial and massage here. They offer IV services as well if that's your jam. I also like that their medical directors are on site in the same building. Med spas sometimes get a bad reputation for "cattle herding clients". That just isn't the case here. I never feel rushed, pushed into treatments, etc. If I could describe this facility and its' providers in two words: personable and professional!

Best laser procedure I’ve ever had. I saw Ashley for BBL & Halo. She was extremely knowledgeable about what procedure was best for my skin goals. She made sure I was comfortable during the procedure and prepped for aftercare. I appreciated that she reached out over the weekend to check on me and make sure I didn’t have any questions. The treatment she selected did address the skin concerns I had and I’m very happy with results. I’ll make this a yearly treatment!

I have been seeing Ashley for my Dysport for about 2-3 years now. Every time she always evaluates my needs and customizes my treatment depending on what I need. I also have seen Jason and Jackie at Revitalize for some personal health reasons and both of them listened to me and made a game plan to fit my needs. I highly recommend everyone at Salt Spa for whatever beauty need you may have!

I love Ricki! She is so personable and informative! She made my first experience so comfortable and meaningful that I knew I would continue to return. Just recently added Jade to my list of people I work with there, and she too is awesome! I have had basically zero skin care routines my entire life, and rather than judging me or shooting me down, both of these ladies have not skipped a beat in just moving forward rather than looking back. The amount of self confidence I have just gained by talking with them alone, is something to given a top rated star for! Their product line is among the best as well!

I see Ricki for my Botox and filler and she is amazing. I am a total wimp and was terrified to get anything done, but she definitely made sure I was comfortable or and I understand all of what was going on! The results are awesome and I absolutely will be going back :)

I’ve been going to VB Salt Spa since last April and I can not speak more highly of a med spa. It is beautiful, clean, modern, welcoming and offers an endless variety of services to make you feel truly beautiful and healthy. They employ the best from the front desk (Jennifer is always so accommodating, warm and welcoming) to the iv lounge (Jackie and Jason-so knowledgeable, caring and supportive) to their estheticians and injectors. They also help facilitate the best deals with very corresponding reward points to match whatever manufacturer. Rikki is a top notch injector. She truly makes you feel heard and really takes the time to study your face, learn your muscles AND their movements. She LISTENS to her clients and comes up with a plan WITH YOU. And more importantly she will tell you when NOT to inject. She is a perfectionist and I am amazed at her commitment to knowledge and growth. I also had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Bowen for a consultation. He is very professional, kind and caring. You won’t get a better value for a luxury med spa. These people are changing lives.

Jennifer is the first person I see when coming into Salt Spa. She is professional, personable, and complimentary. Ricki is fantastic! As a Physician’s Assistant with years of experience in plastics, and certified to administers Botox treatments, Ricki made me feel comfortable and at ease about my first Botox treatment. Further, I received a plethora of education and skin care suggestions. I highly recommend salt Spa, all of the staff I have had treatments from, are wonderful. Jason, a registered nurse provides healthful nutrient therapeutic IV infusions, and is ready to answer any questions, and provides a comfortable environment. The empathy and care from staff surpasses most Spa experiences I have had.
