As a Reiki Master and my partner Sounds Healer, we decided to visit this hidden gem while away on a weekend getaway in Naples. The experience we had in the salt cave was transformative. The healing energy of the Himalayan salt infused us with peace and serenity. The salt cave experience was wonderful. We felt deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. Then to top off the experience, we added the crystal therapy and the red light therapy, both magical! Thank you for creating a serene oasis. Your love and care are evident in this sacred space. It's a true gem for healing and relaxation. We'll be back! 🥰🙏

After experiencing a respiratory issue, my friends suggested that a salt cave would be beneficial, so they accompanied me, and we found this wonderful place. I found it to be very beautiful and relaxing. A big thank you to Maria for her hospitality. Looking forward to visiting again!

My kids and I love this place! The staff is super friendly. The kids love to play in the salt cave, best part is that they get great benefits for being in there without even knowing it! I’ve used the red light therapy and the sauna as well. This place offers so many beneficial things for a person’s mind, body, and soul! We love it!

I love this Spa. The owner Maria is so lovely and friendly. The spa is so beautiful and relaxing, the moment you walk in the door. She’s a Licensed Aesthetician, a certified Yoga/Fitness Instructor and a certified Reiki Energy Healer. I love the Infared Sauna and the Red Light Therapy. She also teaches Belly Dancing! My health has improved since going here and I have lost weight with the infared Sauna.

My mom and I went for the Infrared Sauna and loved it! It was 30 minutes of total relaxation. We loved how there were a few different options of essential oils to choose from for the diffuser and the feel of the salt "sand" on the floor of the sauna. It was a very ethereal experience. We will definitely be back in the future! Thank you!:)

My husband and I have been going to the Salt Therapy Grotto & Spa for a couple of years. He has a lung condition and really benefits from the Salt Cave and Red light therapy. I utilize the Infared Sauna and Red light Therapy. My husband has seen benefits from these therapies with better breathing and less congestion. I utilize the sauna for detoxing and see the benefits of improved skin health from the red light. All these modalities help in so many ways. As a health professional and Wellness coach- I recommend these modalities to all. This Spa is clean, comfortable and affordable. Maria is very compassionate and friendly as well as knowledgeable in these healing modalities. The Spa also offers many classes and activities . You will not be disappointed and will feel better!

Me and my husband drove over 2 hours experience Cave and sound healing experience, my husband is a manly man but he was willing to go with me because I'm going through a medical situation. I am willing to try anything will help find peace at mind, Not only was this experience mentally and emotionally healing physically as well! I would highly recommend doing the Salt Cave adding the sound healing the price was excellent service was excellent experience was way more than we expected! We will be going back thank you so much it was exactly what we needed to rewind reset an recharge and renew cleanse our minds and also heal the souls! It was our first time doing anything like this and it was amazing!!!!! Floor is pure salt from all over the world!!!!

Salt Grotto not what it used to be. Booked first appt of the day at noon. Owner arrived at time of appt and we went in. Room was not picked up from yesterday. Hardly any salt coming thru vents. Just not a very clean experience. Bathroom dirty. Used to come a lot before new owner. I won’t be back. Turned off by all the new age services. Sorry.

The Salt Grotto is great, especially if you have any pulmonary issues. I have been recovering from pneumonia and the Salt Grotto has been very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone who may have pulmonary issues. Staff is excellent and very helpful.

Very difficult to enjoy and meditate when a conversation is being held directly outside the door. When asked about refreshments was told they were out of water and would make more but never returned with it. I was very disappointed.

I really enjoyed this experience. I brought My two kids (5 and 15months) and they were occupied the entire hour in the children’s room. We played together, we enjoyed the music and the overall atmosphere. My daughter was up coughing all night the previous night due to allergies, she slept peacefully through the night after our first session with no coughing. We will most definitely be returning and I will be spreading the word about how welcoming and friendly the staff is even with my very high energy 5 year old. A momma appreciates a calm environment and a calm reaction when her child is being UNcalm lol. Thank you ladies!

I would like to give a shout out to Salt Cave Grotto. I had an extreme pain in my upper thigh of my leg and sides. Was recommended by Maria to use red light therapy. Never heard of it an hour after I left there I had no pain it’s amazing.

I’m so partial. I wanna love it but I didn’t. I brought my son in yesterday and felt like it just didn’t work for us like it says. Was I relaxed sure, but throw a bunch of music and banging toys in the kids room totally doesn’t give off the zen vibes. Music was just three light airy notes repeated. Too many toys in the kids room made it feel like I needed to go mom mode in there and clean. Didn’t seem to have been fully cleaned up and we arrived at opening (10am) as there was salt all over most of the toys and especially the carpet in the tent. The biggest negative is a left feeling my nose was far more clogged and my son got a bad bloody nose after being in there for 30 mins which tells me it was too dry. He’s only 2.5 and this was one wipe… we had to use 3 to clean it. It was kind of warm in there as well but it cooled down a touch around 10:30. While staff was super sweet, We don’t feel much better. I honestly feel no benefits and the bloody nose was alarming as this never happens to him (he doesn’t know how to pick his nose yet).

The power of salt works wonders on our respiratory systems. I used to love this place. We have bought several punch cards. This time, we had the same great service, friendly staff but I didn’t care for the new addition of idols in the salt room. Why is it every time something in nature is found to be useful for healing that we have to bring some kind of ritual into it? We will finish out our card but I’m not sure moving forward if we will continue using this company.

Their Friday night yoga class is amazing. Yoga Nidra, Sound Therapy, & Halotherapy…all at once! The grotto has always been one of my favorite healing spots in Naples, and with the new ownership, it’s even better. Bring your kids to the Kid Cave when they’re getting over a cold/flu. It works great!

This was my second time at the Salt Grotto. The first time I spent an hour in the adult side and it was so tranquil the second time I brought my grandchildren 7 & 3 with my husband and everyone was mesmerized. I can't wait to go back again!

What a rejuvenating experience. We enjoyed the infrared sauna before a private guided sound healing meditation in a cozy salt cave. We weren’t sure what to expect but were very happy with the results. This is the best place to relax, unwind, and heal. Maria was amazing and I am excited to return!
