I went in for a consultation for a facelift and was only told at the end of my appointment that the doctor would be retiring in a few months. I wish that had been told to me when I booked the appointment since I was not planning on having the surgery by then. I basically wasted $100.

Received a Breast augmentation with a lift and I’m completely satisfied with the results. Everyone in the office is nice and they keep you calm the day of surgery. I would recommend Dr. Salzman to anyone . He is very professional and easy to talk with!!!!

I had brachioplasty with Dr Salzman 2/12/2024. I have horrible results. He left way too much skin near my armpits. I wouldn’t expect these results from someone with so much experience. I will need a revision..but it certainly won’t be done by Dr. Salzman.

Dr. Salzman and his staff are the best in the business! I had a quad bleph procedure zero pain, recovery was SO easy, it was as though I hadn’t even had surgery! I was out running errands the next day! During my initial consult I worked with Blair and she took the time to answer all of my questions. Dr. Salzman’s nurse Melissa was so comforting the morning of my surgery when I was anxious about the procedure. She was with me encouraging me every step of the way! After the surgery she was available and responded quickly to any of my questions I had yet to ask. If you’re on the fence about having this surgery, DO IT! It’s flawless and Dr. Salzman’s work is AMAZING!

I had breast augmentation in 2016 by Dr Salzman. I cannot say enough good about this man! He is an excellent doctor, very caring, very professional, makes me feel comfortable, and he knew exactly what I wanted and what I did not want. Unfortunately, I had one of my implants to rupture and encapsulate and had to have them replaced 2024. He did an amazing job again! I HIGHLY recommend him to everyone that says they are going to get breast implants!! He, his staff, and the anesthesiologist are the cream of the crop!!

I want to personally that the wonderful staff at Salzman for the encouragement and full support during my recent procedure. I must admit being a little apprehensive about actually going through with having cosmetic surgery, but everyone made me feel comfortable and provided me with helpful information to relax my nerves. If anyone is thinking about modifying a few things about their face or body, I whole heartily recommend them to schedule an appointment. Thanks Dr. Salzman and your incredible staff.

I’ve had breast implants for 20 years and Dr Salzman did the procedure. They were great and exactly what I wanted at the time. However, as I’ve aged my desires for my appearance had changed and I decided to have my implants removed and go back to my natural breasts. Dr Salzman suggested I have a lift at the same time of removal so that’s what I chose to do. I’m so thrilled with my results! Yes I’m very small but I love it! My breasts are little but perky. I told Dr Salzman “I feel like I’ve been driving a large truck and now I’m driving a sports car”. My small breasts are freeing and easy. I never thought at 62 I’d be able to go without a bra if I chose to. It’s awesome! Dr Salzman and his staff have always been fantastic! Very patient and supportive of my decision. Thanks Dr Salzman and staff!

Horrible. I left in 10/10 pain after my surgery. They refused to help mitigate the pain and I felt bullied. The nurse even said to me “well you choose to have the surgery”. It’s been 2 years and it still looks terrible as well. They never contacted me back about a plan to try to correct.

I am the caregiver for Joanna Murrell. She rates her experience as 5 stars for the service and for the results - she now looks like a10. She was told by a Lexington plastic surgeon (Dr Waldman) she had to wait 6 weeks since she was taking Ozempic but Dr Salzman was able to perform plastic surgery waiting only one week. His staff were as very friendly and supportive, The trip to Louisville from Lexington was well worth the extra time - one hour - to get five star treatment from Dr Salzman and his team!

I cannot recommend Dr. Salzman and his staff enough! From day 1 the entire team was so receptive to my questions and really had an understanding of my goals and what I was looking for. His knowledge and experience in the field is unmatched and hard to find in any other surgeon. I felt so at ease every appointment with them and my recovery was a breeze. I am so incredibly happy with the results and I cannot recommend enough to anyone who is looking to get work done! On a scale of 1-10, they get a 100!!

If you are still deciding where to go, COME HERE ! I did the research already and Dr Salzman and his team do not disappoint. I got a breast augmentation in December and Dr. Salzman and his team walked me through each step of the way. I had never been under anesthesia before and was scared but everyone made me feel comforted. My breast are much bigger than they were originally but they don’t have that stereotypical plastic surgery look - they look natural !!! Dr. Salzman is honest and very good at what he does. I had an amazing experience at Salzman cosmetic surgery from consultation to post-surgery follow up for breast augmentation. Every step of the way I was informed of the processes and what to expect. Blair genuinely set my mind at ease with explaining the minimal amount of pain associated with the type of surgery Dr Salzman performs. I went to other surgeons who told me I would wear a special post surgical bra, or a strap for up to 6 weeks post-surgery, not to mention a list of restricted activities including showering and lifting your arms. Dr Salzman had NO such restrictions! I hesitantly scheduled my surgery the day before Thanksgiving, and thanks to the pectoral block Dr Salzman uses, I had no pain that day and minimal pain the following week. I enjoyed my Thanksgiving with my family in no pain. I showered and removed my dressings (Dr Salzman approved) on Day 2. More than a week post op now and my pain is next to nothing. Tightness, yes. Pain, not really. Absolutely no bruising at all. I cannot express how genuinely happy I am to have gone to Dr Salzman for my surgery. If anyone asks how my surgery was- I am happy to say the worst part…getting my IV started! The entire staff is great and I’m excited for my 6 week follow up. I did my research and found Dr Salzman had a much different approach and his clients healing was so much faster, less traumatic and had great results. He answered all of my questions directly and is an expert in his field. I’m very glad I chose to go to Salzman.

I had been reluctant to have rhinoplasty for several years. I’ve knew a friend of my daughter that had this surgery from another surgeon. After her surgery she stayed in her house for 6 weeks. She was in severe pain, her eyes were swollen shut and was bruised. I came to Dr. Salzman to discuss the surgery. Dr. Salzman and his staff were wonderful and answered every question I had. They gave me an email if I had other question after I left my consultation. I had rhinoplasty surgery and as soon as I woke up I was slightly swollen and my pain was very minimal. Needless to say my eyes did not swell shut. I did have bruising but it was only around the bottom area of my eyes. Bruising was gone within 7-10 days. I was afraid to have this surgery for 20+ years now I hate I waited this long. Loving my new nose!!!!! I highly recommend Dr. Salzman. 10 out of 10!

I just had my procedure done a week ago (breast augmentation) I was extremely anxious during the prepping process. Dr. Salzman and his team made me feel so comfortable! Melissa is such a wonderful and comforting person as well, along with all the other nurses who walked in to help prep and comfort me. The anesthesiologist was a funny guy😂 and he made sure I knew I was in good hands. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m so glad I decided to go with such a well known Surgeon <3

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Salzman's office! Most importantly, he did an incredible job sculpting my new nose and giving me a look that was a huge improvement and still looked natural for my face. Further, he and his office staff are knowledgeable and courteous. I felt a little insecure and nervous before my initial consult, but they were very easy to talk to and professional. Dr. knew exactly what to do to give me the look I wanted. The virtual images Dr. showed during the consult were nearly identical to the results after surgery, so I knew exactly what I was getting. The nurse and anesthesiologist I met with just prior to surgery were incredible as well. Between Blaire and the nurse (Melissa), all of my questions and communications were responded to promptly and adequately both before and after the procedure.

I’m a patient of Dr salzman and had blepharoplasty on my upper and lower lids two years ago. Two weeks after my surgery I went back in to see Dr Salzman because I was having problems with my eyes tearing up. Dr Salzman dismissed my concerns and attributed my discomfort to a clogged tear duct.. because of my discomfort I scheduled an appointment to my optometrist I was put on eyedrops everyday for my eyes.. I’ve had problems driving my car because of the tearing of my eyes where I have to pull over off the road. When I got to doctor appointments they can not put a direct light on me because of the tearing of my eyes.. Since then I have been to and optometrist, ophthalmologist, ocular surgeon and now I’m going to a cornea specialist. I was told that I had scrapes on my cornea and now have to wear therapy contact lenses to heal my cornea. After my cornea heals I have to redo my blepharoplasty because I was told that my lids do not shut and my eyelashes are growing erratically and irritating my eyes. I had a facelift with the lower and upper blepharoplasty and it cost 17k and now have to go back in and correct what’s been done.

Salzman cosmetics are the best! Dr. Salzman and his assistant Blair are incredible. They make you feel so comfortable! My results are amazing! My only regret is not coming to them sooner!
