I love the fact that this salon is open even on a Sunday! When I come back in town, It's always good to know that someone can do it. So I can look great going back to work on Monday. They use top notch hair products and styling tools to make you look fabulous.

Just an all around bad experience. I did not feel like the consumer mattered to this professional team. They were more concerned with self expression and doing things “their” way instead of what best fits their customer. The shampoo service was of poor quality! Used way too much in my hair and dried my hair out badly. I had to continually ask one of the assistants to please keep my hair going in one direction while blow drying (begged him to not whip my hair all around my head wildly as his blow dry technique) to prevent damage! He argued me about it before dismissing me from his chair. A few other minor things happened but were definitely turn offs non the less. Lastly the actual owner styles my hair. The owner is who I originally had the appointment scheduled with so I had high hopes. I asked him to lightly dust my ends. I exaggerated this to him and he assured me we were on the same page. However, I still got out of his chair with a 3.5 inch hair cut. I am a professional model and Automotive Product Specialist. I expressed this to the owner to help him understand the extra importance of my hair being cared for properly. So to sum it up, I will not be going back and would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone. I guess I’m still looking for a good salon home.

Sam was supposed to trim my ends. Instead, he gave me an angled bob haircut. Its short in the back and angled different lengths of long on the sides. I tried to ask him about it afterward, and he woukd not respond. I had an even blunt cut and had been growing my hair out for over a year. It was shoulder length, and I had been growing my natural hair out to wear protective styles like double-strand twists. He cut inches and decided on a haircut, style, and look for me that I did not ask for nor wanted. Moreover, the style lasted a few days because I sweat in my hair. and the back as it is cannot take the moisture. I would not trust him when sitting in his chair. I wish I had looked at reviews first because there are a number of complaints here about Sam doing whatever he wants with customers' hair. In fact, something is wrong with him. Who ✂️ someone's hair that they don't know and creates a whole different look for them without asking? The bad complaints about him far outweigh the good. Stay away from Sam

My mom went there Saturday to get a hair cut and her hair looks terrible and choppy. She is still complaining and not happy . I told her she shouldn’t pay for a service if she isn’t happy. She will be disputing the charges and they will not be getting paid for their service . I’m glad I never went to them .

The good news is this place will get your hair super straight. The bad news is your hair will smell burnt and they will destroy your curl pattern due to the really high heat and straightening tools. It depends on what you're willing to trade.

The stylist put chemicals in my hair without my knowledge or permission. I am a natural, and know my hair very well. I went for a wash and blow dry, and when I washed it out a week later, it smelled like a chemical and my curl pattern was ruined. I have been going to this salon occasionally for 30 years, but I will never go again.

I scheduled an appointment several days before detailing what service I needed. I arrived to my appointment to be told that I didn’t have an appointment and that they don’t do my hair type. There was no, “I’m sorry for this mistake.” Their rudeness and indifference saved me from what I’m sure would have been a horrible hair experience. I went home and shampooed my own hair. I was looking for a one and done since my regular stylist was not available.

Sam does my hair and I love it. He has the tendency to change his prices, but other than that it's a decent salon. I called the day before I came and he said $80 but when he did my hair next day he tried to charge me $105. I got a rinse, wash and press out.
