I would not even give this 1 star but I had to to rate the business. I have been going here for almost 3 years and had nothing but great service. I went in today after not going for a couple of months and the service was horrible. I booked 90 min and the told me upon arrive I should have booked it that way. I did book it that way but they did not know it evidently. After the frost 5 min I was very glad that I didn’t have a 90 min session. They have installed ring doorbells and security camera views in each room. I understand why, but the noise made it hard to reflex. The staff were shouting between the rooms frequently to talk about something and this was not a peaceful atmosphere either. The massage was mediocre at best. The girl did not hold the towel while I was turning and did not put the pillow up under my knees but left it at my ankles, very uncomfortable position. I went to pay and tried to use my card with the business name on it. I had it stamped for 25% off this massage. I was told “new owner, we don’t take that card’ I will not be going back. This was very disappointing.

If you have a knot and need some deep tissue work, this is the place. Hard hands! So much so that sometimes I get to a point that I have to ask for less pressure but holy cow can they get deep.

I booked a couples massage for the wife and I. The technicians were more interested in answering their phones than paying attention to us.They never asked any questions about our medical history just started twisting and pulling in every direction. I spent the next day in considerable pain as the tech aggravated an old injury site in my back.

I had a Groupon for this establishment. I emailed them to make an appointment, got a call from the receptionist to confirm. I did call at one point to try to move the appointment half an hour and never got a callback. I drove 100 miles with a family member to watch my babyso I could come to the original appointment. This establishment was not open. I waited 30 minutes and they were still not open, even though I was well within their regular business hours. I do not recommend their business because they are not open.
