I could not be HAPPIER with my experience. I have been refusing lip injections for years… too afraid I would be stuck with the “duck lip look”. I’ve turned down friends who have urged with reassurance that wouldn’t happen. Well , after using TRACI for Botox , I surrendered & put 100% trust letting her take the lead. She did exactly what I wanted I LOVE them . They are perfectly filled out. I was shocked by the difference . My upper lip lines that were starting to bleed my lipstick have vastly improved (I had to stop wearing darker colors) & they don’t look like a swollen fat lip. I was just now putting on lip gloss admiring them as I do everyday, & thought I should spread the love 😂. OH!!! I almost forgot ..back to the Botox .. I’ve been getting that for years. She’s the BEST I’ve ever had . I drive from Boerne to see her. I love how she treats my face like it’s art on a canvas. She also fixed my “resting B**ch face. Lol. 5 STARS for Traci Lopez Southerington! Look no further!

Before my visit, Jowie took the time to answer all my questions about the services, helped me determine what would suit my needs best, and even clarified where the spa is located. Her helpfulness and attention to detail set the tone for a great experience, and I felt confident and well-informed before going to their spa. I went in for treatment and after listening to my situation (having surgery in 1 week) I ended up having a consultation and scheduled a follow up appointment. They could have taken my money and given me what I asked for but they did the right thing for the me, their new client.

Now, I want to start off by thanking not only the most wonderful human being, inside and out, but also the most professional, knowledgeable, caring and thorough person in her profession. She’s beyond brilliant and truly exceeds my expectations each and every single time. CARRIE ❤️ Carrie is the only person and professional that I will allow to treat me (of course life happens and not that she’s ever done this but the only way I’d let anyone do any treatment on me would have to be referred to me from Carrie herself. Carrie is not only the best in the game, she ensures she’s doing what is best for you but still makes sure to guide you through every part of the process, and can answer any questions or concerns you may have. Carrie always communicates to you about any specials they have going on and walks you through how that works. She does not take her profession lightly, she makes it known she’s here for you and she will always exceed your expectations. I met Carrie a little over a year ago, and not only has she become like a big sister to me, but a mentor, someone I fully trust and feel safe with. She took the time to talk to me, we had a huge heart to heart, that was much needed. She feels like home. Being in her presence was a gift from God that I so desperately needed.
