I used Pico package here, after 4 times, I see a very obvious result, spots on my face faded. My face looks brighter, and younger too. Staffs are very friendly, I feel doctors are taking care clients from the heart. The facility is very nice. I highly recommend the medical spa.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at San Jose Medical Spa! I've been a customer ince 2022. The staff has always been exceptionally friendly, and their treatments consistently produce remarkable and visible improvements, I received the SOFWAVE treatment for face, neck and eyes today, and I must say, I am genuinely impressed with the remarkable results.

I have struggled with hormonal acne for years and get deep cystic type acne with very oily skin. I received the Avi Clear treatments and I’m so happy with my results. My skin feels so good and not oily and bumpy. My blackheads on my nose are going away. I’m so happy this technology is available now for those who struggle with hormonal acne and can’t take typical medicine like birth control and spiractonlone.

This is my go to place for skin care and hair removal treatments. The micro needle and picosure laser treat are awesome. I can see the improvements after 2-3 sessions. Highly recommended!

First & foremost the place is cleaned. Staff were very friendly. Dr.Chen was very informative about the consultation that was in for. I went for hydra facial consultation. I wanted to know more about like the process, the benefits as well post treatment and costs. Dr. Chen shared those info with me which was great. I also shared with Dr. Chen what treatments I have done in the past as well current RX that I am using. Overall, she made me feel comfortable. There was no pressure only suggestions what it can do to my skin. She also provided other treatments they have that are non invasive treatments if something I want to purse in the future. I thought it was great information to know. I walked out at my consultation with a commitment to do hydrafacial for the first time. I was happy about that since it was sooner than I anticipated. I can’t wait!!!

I did picosure with Dr chen for my melasma on my both cheek. I can see a big difference after two treatments. Dr chen is very friendly and experienced. The front desk girls are very nice too. The spa is clean and organized. It makes you feel comfortable inside. Highly recommend this spa.

I have so far done two Pico treatments and everyone has noticed my skin is a lot brighter and my overall skin tone has improved visibly. Staff are helpful and friendly! The doctors are knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend Dr Chen for your pico treatment!

I so love the result from Vivace! I only had 1 treatment last week and my skin is already noticeably brighter and smoother. Everyone there was helpful and sweet which made my experience very pleasant. Dr. Maggie Chan who did my picosure and vivace is super knowledge and experienced. Although I live over an hr away, it was worth the drive. I will definitely return for more treatments!

I typically do not write reviews and if so, always have positive things to say about the business (except for this location). During 2020, I had developed horrible mask acne. I went here for their hydrafacials and a few microneedling sessions and honestly, they are quite expensive compare to other places. Also, most of the time, the waiting period to be seen was longer than the actual procedure. For example, during my microneedling appointments, I was constantly being ushered from one room to the next, until after an hour (sometimes longer), I was seated for my 25 minute appointment. After thousands spent and barely seeing results, I was recommended to go elsewhere by a friend. Others may have had amazing outcome from their service, but I had to go elsewhere to finally get rid of my mask acne.

I went to SJ medical spa looking for help with my old keloided scar on my face, the texture was very off and the scar was hypopigmented, making it VERY noticeable. The doctor I consulted with in summary told me there was nothing to be done about my scar, and that getting more sun might help the pigmentation. I left feeling at a loss on what to do. When I finally was able to gain the confidence to schedule with another clinic I went under my first microneedling procedure, LOW and BEHOLD, my scar is disappearing, and the hypopigmentation isn't as drastic as it had been previously. Thankfully I have another procedure set in place now that I've seen these amazing results, they also gave me sample creams to help the healing process as well as further control the pigmentation, all which was super informative. Guess I really did have more options than getting a little more sunlight. Shame on this place for claiming to be the best medical spa in San Jose.

Ask them about all their services as they have the latest state-of-the-art equipment and trained doctors or practitioners that ensure you are in good hands. I guess they have some overbooking issue. The restroom is not that clean, with plenty of water on the ground. I had to put on numbing cream myself, this is way different from what I have seen before. After putting on the numbing cream, I waited for more than an hour… I was really worry about the numbing effect… Recommendation for who are having treatments here: prepare something to kill time.
