Absolutely the worst experience ever! The customer service is non-existent, and the owner (the mom) is incredibly rude—she doesn’t even let you speak or explain what you want. I went there for makeup and a hairstyle, and despite clearly saying what I didn’t want, they completely ignored me and did whatever they felt like. It’s clear they have no clue about hairstyling because her mom utterly ruined my hair. Save your time, money, and sanity—go somewhere else!”

This was the worst place I could ever go again. I literally took my sister but it was very uncomfortable and unacceptable place because they had no clean makeup and the fusion style we had ask them to put, they didn’t do well at all and they were very rude and disrespectful about communicating with customer.

While Madina is talented with eyebrow threading and knows how to keep them thick, she’s rude and not customer-oriented. I’m from out of town and was excited to get my eyebrows done at this location. I called as soon as they opened and was told that she would contact me 1 hour to 30 minutes before I should come in. The area I was staying at was a 30 minute drive to her salon, and she called me 30 minutes before I should come in. I immediately left and after exactly 30 minutes, she called me and asked me where I was with a tone. I told her calmly that I was within five minutes of her salon, and she said if I did not arrive soon she would begin attending to other clients waiting. I arrived within five minutes of that phone call and she already began seeing other customers. I waited 15-20 minutes to see her, and when I finally saw her, she had the audacity to say that if I arrived on time I could have seen her earlier. I completely understand having to be strict with timing especially considering the sheer number of bookings she receives, but I was only given a 30 minutes heads up to when I should arrive when I was located a 30 minute drive away. Also there is a more respectful way to communicate with customers and be firm with timing. It ruined my day and made me never want to come here again. If you’re in a business where it’s your primary job to communicate well with people, you need to learn how to have tact and be nice to people. I saw her interact with her other clients whom I’m assuming have come to her multiple times before, and she was friendly with them. If you want to retain new clients, you need to be hospitable to them.

Medina is the best of the best. With one look at my brows, she came up with a game plan that included leaving some hairs here and there and applying castor oil for a few weeks so we could even things out. She’s a pro, and I honestly don’t trust anyone else to do what she does!!! Her threading is the best! Plus she’s so kind! There’s a reason there’s always a line to see her.
