Grade A salon that’s clean! I have a lot of thick natural 4b hair and Carmen straightened it perfectly!! I’m so pleased and I was in and out without an appointment.

The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. I had my one year old daughter with me and they entertained her the whole time. The lady that waxed my face did a great job. The lady blew my hair out was very nice and patient. The only thing is that my hair frizzed right up. By the time I got to work it looked really bad. I tried wrapping it that night but the hair would not lay down. Usually when I get a blow out it takes a lot for my hair to revert back.

DONT GO HERE IF U are a woman of color and HAVE THICK NATURAL HAIR! This place ruined my natural hair of almost 8.5 years. I have not had any relaxer or chemical treatment to my hair and I went here for abt 3 or so times for a blowout and I noticed by the 3rd visit my hair would not hold a curl. I stopped going and shamppoed my hair out at home and it is bone straight and now I have new growth as if I've had a relaxer. I have 2 different hair textures now and my hair is very tangled and unmanageable. It shed heavily for abt 4 weeks following whatever they put in my hair labeled as deep conditioner. In addition the stylist can be rough and rude and have loud conversations right across your face with other stylist while they do your hair and sometimes talk about guests they believe don't speak Spanish. I do like the owner sanchez and he's never actually shampooed my hair but at least 2 of the female stylist were very unprofessional and should have asked me if I wanted a straightening treatment. I'm very upset that I will have to cut my hair after 8 yrs.

I love this Salon 🥰everyone is nice with me and Johan and his girls are super professionals and every time I get my hair done is a nice experience, I feel this place like a home full of love and smiles! Price are reasonable, I highly recommend! Amo este salón 🥰todos son muy lindos conmigo y Johan y sus chicas son súper profesionales, cada vez que voy es una hermosa experiencia con el trato y cuidado de mi cabello! If I could give no stars I WOULD. this was my first time coming here and it was not what the reviews made it seem to be.when I walked in I was greeted by several people they seemed to have a nail shop connected to it. I thought to myself cool! This is a 2 in 1 deal when the guy sat me down I said I needed a wash, blowout , & trim the guy sat me down washed my hair like 3 times and sat me under the dryer I was under there for a long time AT THAT! He DID NOT STATE HE WAS DOING A DEEP CONDITION ON MY HAIR AS THAT WAS NOT WHAT I ASKED OF HIM As I waited under this hot dryer I asked the worker lady next to me to see if the guy who originally put me under the dryer would let me go to the chair to get my blowout because I seen him take a new person that was just doing a walk in as well, it was extremely hot & fustrating when I asked him was he doing my blowout he said no he as BELLIGERENT , LOUD& RUDE and no one seemed to care everyone in the shop laughed like it was funny 1st RED FLAG 🚩,no one seemed to know what professionalism was in this hole in the wall shop the lady blowed my hair out kept burning me with this hot blow dryer which I didn’t mind at first but then it became excessive so I just tried to stick the pain out I could tell she knew I was hurting but she kept going when she got done let me tell you this was THE WORST BLOWOUT I EVER HAD it was flat at all and it was stil frizzy I’ve definitely had WAY BETTER THAN THAT PICS WILL BE SHOWN AT THE END she did a little trim to my hair and that was that. When I went on the other side of the wall to the nail lady she seemed tired…she was drinking Modelo beer & then offered me some. WOW DRINKING ON THE JOB AND DOING A SERVICE IS BEYOND ME LONG STORY SHORT SHE COULDNT EVEN DO A SIMPLE FRENCH TIP OR EXECUTE THE SHAPING at one point I took the file from her and starting filing my own nail I thought to myself what am I paying her for if I had to do it myself 🤦🏾‍♀️I left out of the shop played in my hair a bit and come to find out a PIECE OF MY HAIR WAS CUT which had me in disbelief I know I didn’t walk in there with a piece of my hair cut just know I’m extremely angry and I will not be coming back here they are not what they seem if you see this review STAY AWAY FROM HERE‼️🚩

THE STYLIST DID NOT HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE AND ALL THE PROPER TOOLS TO DO MY HAIR TYPE...MY HAIR WASN'T DETANGLED PROPERLY BEFORE IT WAS BLOW DRYED CAUSING MY HAIR TO BREAK OFF IN SOME AREAS...NOT TO MENTION THE HEAT FROM THE BLOW DRYER WAS EXTREMELY HOT( AT ONE POINT I HAD TO REMIND HER TO APPLY THE HEAT PROTECTOR)...IT'S TIME FOR MY HAIR TO BE FLAT IRON AND I WOULD ONLY NEED ONE PASS (2 MAX) BUT I'M NOTICING SHE'S GOING OVER THE SAME AREAS 4 TO 5 TIMES 🤦🏽‍♀️....LONG STORY SHORT I HAVE BROKEN HAIR PIECES ALL THROUGH OUT MY HAIR NOW....I'M PRAYING I DON'T HEAT DAMAGE

This salon is the Absolute Best in Charlotte!! My hair has grown 5.5 inches in just 6 months! Forget the $100 silk press and come here ! Sandra does my hair and she does her thing every single time . My hair is the healthiest it has Ever been. The entire Salon knows hair care. 🌹 Angelina does my daughter's hair and she can take the kinky to bone straight! Healthy gorgeous hair every single time as well. You can trust your child is in great hands 🙌 🌹Her trims made my daughters hair flourish 💕 Johan, the owner, is exceptional! He's slayed my hair after I'd taken my braids out. Bone straight and healthier than ever! I'd recommend him to everyone. So professional and knowledgeable on all types of hair. He does it all! 10/10. 🙏💕 Lou does my eyebrows and Hunni 🌹🌹🌹🌹💕💕💕 . You have to see her before you leave out. She does not play ! I love her! She does great work! She can detangle any hair type. I was a walk In I just wanted a blowout. before I was seated to get my hair washed I asked the older lady assisting me if they have oplex shampoo and conditioner she didn’t speak English so her coworker translated for her and he told me they do have it. As she began to wash my hair the shampoo did not smell like oplex I asked her coworker what was it and he states he washes with their own shampoo then he will use the oplex. I was very upset because she did not ask to put whatever shampoo she put in my hair when I specifically asked for oplex shampoo and conditioner that was very shady to me I have naturally curly hair and I use my specific products next time adv your customers before putting random products in there hair I do not recommend this place and will not be back.
