Local salon ⭐️ We stopped in to get some products for our burning man hair and loved the whole vibe, products and service. I bet they give a great cut, color or blowout!

I got my hair cut and dyed here and the experience was 10/10. The people are super nice, the atmosphere feels super nonjudgmental and you can genuinely relax and not feel uncomfortable sitting there awkwardly waiting for it to be over. Krissy was amazing, and I absolutely love what she did with my hair. I look forward to continuing to go see her for all of my hair needs🧡🧡

First the color job the did for me the first time was amazing!!! I loved the Stylist and really thought this salon was filled with good people. I had another appointment scheduled in October the day before my appt. I found out a very close friend of mine passed of Covid. It hit me hard. I spent that time with her kids and forgot about everything else until that day. I went to the online portal and cxl’d my appt trying to at least give some sort of notice. Now Two month later after scheduling and confirming my appt for tomorrow she tells me that I have to pay $75 extra for the cxld appt. than she will honor my appt (This amount was was more than the cxl policy they even put on their website). I explained the situation told her I did cxl but it was the same day and showed proof of my friend passing. She of course doesn’t see the cxl appt and her response was “life happens sorry but I still have to charge you). I understand they have a business to run but in the bigger picture was it really worth the $75 to loose a client? Guess it was. They then charge me $40 for cxling the appt that I made today for tomorrow since I didn’t agree to pay the $75. They really do great work just don’t ever cxl and make sure you take a snap shot of the confirmation.

Transgender and LGBTQIA+ Friendly Salon! My first time getting hair colored and Krissy made the whole experience wonderful. She's is the bomb with wild color. The salon is huge with 2 story ceilings and everything is well spread out so it's a great COVID resistant facility. I selected this Salon based on Google reviews and was not disappointed. Not easy to maintain a purrfect 5 star rating with multiple reviews unless your are doing it right!

I have been to Jenna a few times now for a haircut and I have gotten a balayage from her. She is very good with wavy hair, one of the best haircuts I've ever gotten!! I was really nervous to dye my hair for the first time, I really just wanted more blonde in my hair without it growing out poorly. She did a wonderful job and most people cannot tell I got my hair dyed. I will always be going back!!

I have been seeing Jenna for cut and colors for almost 8 years now. I’ve been light and dark, pixie, long, and in between. And I’ve got to say, Jenna has amazing skills. She really understands hair and how to match your particular hair traits with a great cut that you can actually style. I’m not one who was blessed with amazing hair genes. Mine falls more in the fine, flat, and dull category. And still Jenna gives me a cut that makes my hair well-shaped and full of life. I had never, repeat never, been complimented on my hair until Jenna started styling me. My most favorite compliment is “Wow, is that your real color, it’s beautiful!” I’m red right now and to have someone think I could be a natural redhead is high praise. Sanctuary is a squeaky clean salon with a fun, relaxing vibe and Jenna takes pride in her business as well as her artistry. She keeps her skills current and has a great eye. I found her when a friend referred me her way, and I’m happy to pay it forward. Go see her now!

JENNA IS AMAZING! She did my hair and makeup for my WEDDING day and I felt beautiful!...Prior to the wedding day Jenna did a consultation, I let her know that I wanted to look like myself, just a more glamours version :) She had a ton of great ideas, however I did not feel pressured and she allowed me to choose what I felt comfortable with. Jenna cut and colored my hair a week before her wedding as well. On the day of, I arrived at the salon and she had everything ready to go. She thought of every detail and the end to end experience she provided was awesome. My makeup looked flawless in every photo!! Another very important aspect of Jenna is her personality. She is extremely supportive, upbeat, positive, extremely organized and down to earth. Key personality traits for the most important vendor you will hire on your wedding day. Jenna finished ahead of schedule, my hair and makeup kept beautifully all day and late into the night. Jenna was very affordable as well....I don’t have enough things to say. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JENNA if you are looking for a hair and makeup stylist for your wedding or your everyday needs. Jenna also arranged for one of her other stylist to do my bridesmaids hair. They both flew in from other locations and weren’t able to do consultations prior, however they arrived with a few photo ideas the morning of. They both LOVED their hair styles and they looked gorgeous all night

Such a clean, polite, and professional place to get your haircut! The location of the salon is a plus; right in the heart of Midtown. The ladies here are AMAZING. I’ve been going to already for years and will never not go to her. She knows exactly what she’s doing and always puts the clients needs and desires first.

This new Reno salon is great! Very clean and comfortable and free local beer/wine with a service. Jenna cut my hair, and as a man, it’s hard to find people that took extra care like she did. She’s a boss! I will definitely go back!! Also, excellent location in midtown, next to a bunch of other new and interesting businesses that you can explore post cut.
