So thankful for this place. I desperately needed a much needed spa day after the busy holiday season. I booked the 4.5 spa day and it covered everything. Feet, body, face and hands. Oh and the SPArcuterie board was delicious, I ate it all. Thank you to the lovelies who tended to me. Looking forward to my next visit <3

I had the best massage ever here. I wish I got the name of the woman that did it because her touch was perfect. I felt like I was floating when it was all over with! The head massage was a 10000/10. Comments: I showed up 30 minutes early and was shown a sitting area. Five minutes before the massage I was handed a robe & had to change in the bathroom. I wish there was a locker room/place to put my personal items. I also did an herbal soak which was nice, but it is truly just a jetted tub so beware if you are expecting more. All that to say, I would come back to get a massage, but the amenities are lacking compared to another local spa I go to.

We went to Sanctuary Spa for the “Bonding in Bathrobes” package for a bachelorette girls day and it was PERFECTION. Every experience was not only incredible, but the ladies were absolutely lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed every service- genuinely the best massage I’ve ever had! The lunch included was light and delicious. The space was beautiful and relaxing. We will definitely be back!

If I could give more stars I would. I enjoyed one of the spa packages and it was heaven. Every single service provider was so kind and did such an amazing job! Spa is beautiful and very clean I felt like a princess. The price is so affordable for a whole day of pampering. Will absolutely be back, if you're thinking of trying them out, just book it!!

My husband purchased the Bermuda Package as a surprise. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful my spa day turned out. Absolutely fantastic and way beyond relaxing! I started out with the hydrotherapy, then went for my facial, and after that was my ‘lunch hour,’ which was a cheese board. Next was my massage and hand treatment and massage. Finally, the foot massage and treatment. You might think a package this extraordinary would be worth $600. But it was only $350!!! And I’m talking 5.5 hrs!! Totally worth every penny! Thank you, John! God is good!!

My husband purchased the holiday spa package for me for Christmas and I scheduled my visit for this past Saturday. The water temp for the herbal soak was scolding hot, my manicure came out with a rough texture. And then when I went to checkout, they charged me full price instead of the holiday special rate. Not what I was expecting.

Had a wonderful full Spa day. Jan's massage was the best I have ever had. Alisa's facial could not have been more enjoyable not to mention the Medi Pedi she did. Lunch from the Chop House was an unexpected surprise. Will definitely be a client of Spa 9700.

Salon 9700 is perfection. I spent the whole day there yesterday, on what would have been a very sad day for me personally. I felt loved and cared for as soon as I walked in the door. I soaked, had a massage and facial and mani/pedi. They even got me lunch delivered from Chop House. Each employee that I came in contact with was professional, but more than that they were empathetic, helpful, and respectful. I also just had major back surgery and they helped accommodate my post surgical needs. My services were done to the highest standard and I was exceptionally pleased with each one. I literally felt like I walked out with several new friends and a home I will come to anytime I need a service but also just to be loved on. Thank you, Salon 9700 for taking care of my physically and emotionally. I felt whole when I left. Can’t wait to see you all again soon.

Since my review regarding the issue with my appointment that was scheduled for me and my sister this past Saturday, the owner of the Spa, Kati, reached out to apologize and to make the situation right. I truly appreciate that she took the time to reach out and it shows how much she values her customers. I will definitely be giving Spa9700 another try, and I look forward to my next visit!

I went to Spa 9700 for foot reflexology and a pedicure. The reflexology was very misleading, it was basically a relaxing foot massage. So disappointed!! Chastity who did my pedicure was wonderful!!

Just tried Spa9700 and had a lovely pedicure! HIGHLY recommend! The staff were so very welcoming and professional, and the overall ambience of Spa9700 is airy and uplifting. The complimentary warm neck wrap was an unexpected treat! The pedi set up is clean and comfortable, and the pedicurist was SO gentle and kind to my weary feet. Best of all, when we started painting with the color I had selected, I realized it really didn't go well with my skin tone, so the pedicurist brought me an array of other colors to choose from to make absolutely certain I was pleased with the color. For all these reasons, and also a great value (I paid the same for this pedicure at Spa9700 as I have paid at some in-and-out nail shops!), I have already set up monthly pedis at Spa9700!

Very relaxing massage!! The facility was clean and smelled wonderful from the first step in the door. The lady at the front desk was very nice and greeted me when I walked in. My massage therapist was named Tara. She was very professional and sweet. She listened to my specific needs and performed the massage beautifully. I also added cupping to my massage and had a wonderful first experience with it! I left the massage feeling very relaxed and pain free. I will definitely be booking again!

After a recent unresolved underwear theft at our preferred spa, my partner and I decided to shop around for a new one. We began here at Spa 9700. We arrived and were greeted by name. The retail space was cute and well stocked with quality products. We were taken to a small sitting room with refreshments and asked to fill out the obligatory paperwork. Our therapists arrived on time to take us to our couples room for our 90 min massage, giving us a bathroom break on the way. Upon entering the massage room we noticed the lighting and decor in the room was reminiscent of a funeral parlor. We discussed problem areas and special requests, such as the hot stones and essential oils. I added the hot stone and lavender oil to my massage (however, I can't say I ever smelled it), and they left while we disrobed. I found that there was no discrete place to store my belongings so I just piled them awkwardly on the floor. We requested that our massages begin face-up, as we prefer to have our backs done last. I'm not sure if this request disrupted the therapists' routine/flow, but the whole massage felt disjointed and inconsistent. She was also very noisy and constantly back and forth to the counter for oil and supplies, and the disruptions made it impossible to fully relax. My partner also experienced difficulty relaxing during his massage as a result. He also noticed that the music volume and style change dramatically between songs and startled him. When they were done, they left us to redress, offering no shower or even a towel to remove the oil slicks from our bodies. We used the bed sheet to get some the oil off each other so we could head home to clean up. The total was $265 before the tip. I feel like at those prices, a few courtesies such as a proper changing and bathing areas are expected. The staff was friendly, the facility was clean and cute, but I this wasn't exactly what we are looking for.

I have frequented spa 9700 for many years. I have had a wonderful experience with every appointment. Alisa is an artist with nails. An absolutely artist! Abigail and Jan listen to my concerns regarding my problem areas. The most important thing to me is the environment is safe. The staff is kind and considerate. I have never felt uncomfortable anytime I have busted spa 9700. Like a sigh of relief when I walk in the door!

I have had exceptional service here. Alisa my nail tech who has been doing my nails for 18 months is caring and efficient. I have had several facials which were amazing. The staff are always friendly and the shop has great gift items.

I received my first ever dermaplane by Bailey, she was amazing. She made the nerves I had completely go away by explaining the process of the appointment. Her area was super clean and professional. It was very relaxing. 100% worth the nerves! My face has never felt or looked better.

Spa 9700 is incredible! I got an express massage and it’s exactly what I needed! I was a walk-in and didn’t make an appointment, and they STILL accommodated me. It’s was awesome. You need to check this place out. It’s perfect!

It's really sad that I can only give them two stars because the technicians were great (well 2 were great and 1 was okay). The receptionists were also super nice. But they had issues with my appointment, which I could forgive, things happen. They were semi unorganized in other areas as well, such as no clear directions on what to do with soiled robes, towels, etc. The main issue was cleanliness. On the surface the place looked okay but when you looked even a little bit close, you could tell they did not have good cleaning practices. If the place had a good deep clean and some better communication I would recommend it. But I had an awesome massage and facial.
