I'm a natural blond, but I dyed my hair brown. I wanted to have it stripped. The turned my hair orange!! I kept telling them i wasn't paying for them to ruin my hair but they threatened to pursue legal action if I didn't pay. I paid them $230 for them to ruin my hair! The next day i paid identity salon the same amount to fix my hair. Thank god they knew what they were doing and my hair was amazing when I left. I'd rather go to great clips than go to this butcher shop!!!

Just visited Sanctuary Day Spa for the first time. Had a wonderful facial with Leslie. Very thorough and yet relaxing!
