NEVER GET LASER HAIR REMOVAL DONE HERE!!! I bought 6 sessions for legs, arms, and bakini and 8 months after my hair started growing back. The lady doing the laser hair removal was also super rude after I paid.

I have been coming here for a year for facials, peels, dermaplane, etc. Jean is very skilled and professional. She is able to help with different skin conditions and always has good recommendations about what products to use and what service is needed next. I just bought a package for another year and am looking forward to trying new services and keeping up with my skincare regimen.

Sadly don’t even want to give one star. Bought a Groupon. My boyfriend was in a car accident he morning of the accident, and I texted them to inform them I wouldn’t be able to make it. A few days later I realize the Groupon has been used. They put in the smallest writing they will redeem the Groupon for missed appointments regardless of the reason. Using Groupon these days alone shows what kind of company you most likely are, but I digress. I contacted Groupon and they were understanding of my reasoning and told me to get a letter from them stating the coupon was redeemed on letter head. I spent a month trying to get said letter only to be told 1. They would have someone contact me - who never did asked 2. It was sent - which it wasn’t after checking my main inbox and spam. Spent another few weeks after asking if they could send it again waiting which they never responded. Clearly 50 bucks is incredibly crucial to Sanctuary DermaSpa and I told them at this point please keep it because clearly you need it more than I do. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

Bummed to give this review but I wouldn't go for laser hair removal. I've had it done at other spas on different spots and this really was not effective and waste of money and time. Try another spa. I saw barely any change.

This place has no respect to their customers time and investment. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for two months which has been cancelled 3 times due to the doctor being busy with his other office. Maybe they need to think about hiring another doctor. Will never return.

I have been a client of Sanctuary DermaSpa for over 4 years. I've had LHR treatments, along with consistent DP+Peels, as well as Microneedling. Amanda is the best! Eight months ago I was offered a position as a part time Front Desk Coordinator. I was so excited for the opportunity to work at a place I know performs quality, affordable treatments. Just last week, I had a Microneedling treatment and a few days after had dinner with an out of town friend. She has NEVER commented on my skin, but the first thing she said to me was "Your skin looks fantastic!" I couldn't agree more.

I have received the best treatments of my life! I’ve had laser, micro and a chemical peel or two😚! I’ve always received the best treatment on a higher level or customer care and procedures! I’ll definately recommend Amanda! I’ve sent several friends to this spa, and they all scream the highest accolades!

This place has always welcomed me with open arms! I have VERY coarse hair and came for laser hair removal and I have very little to no hair left now! (Just in time for summer) they always offer me make up touch ups and are very flexible with my schedule! LOVE THIS PLACE!

Amanda is awesome. My schedule is crazy so she definitely fits me in when she can. Sometimes she has to come in early to accommodate me but she makes it happen. I have been attending the Sanctuary DermaSpa for over 5 years now and I can definitely see a difference. Before attending the Sanctuary I went to several Dermatological offices and many procedures with no results or with burnt skin and irritations. Now I receive the facials, laser hair removal on my face and underarms. I also use their products to keep up with the maintenance to my skin when I'm not there. I definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking to improve there skin and confidence.

As an African American male, I was i initially reluctant to have a treatment done do to my skins tone and complection, not to mention simply just not being a spa kinda guy. To my delight and pleasure the inital treatment I received delivered far better results than I had ever imagined possible. I had less than 5% of hair regrowth in the targeted area, No skin bumping or irrattion for the first time in years, no burning, scarring and minimal discomfort during my treatment. Not to mention Amanda and Dr. Glaser are both a hoot and enjoyable to work with.

I had the Laser hair removal performed by AMANDA. She is AMAZING!. Very professional and I love the results. All of the salon staff that I came in contact with was very nice and professional. Salon is very clean with a pretty and relaxing setting. Cant wait for my next visit.

I have been coming to Sanctuary DermaSpa for over 7 years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is always pleasant! I see Amanda for all my skin care needs. She is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help with any and all questions. I also get all of my skin care products through Sanctuary DermaSpa as they have great quality products. Highly recommend coming here!!

What an amazing place. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is super clean. They offer such a wide variety of skincare and beauty products and services. I have received botox, laser hair removal, facials, and microderms and all have been top notch. I have used many of their products and my skin has never looked better. I highly recommend Sanctuary DermaSpa for anyone looking to improve their skin. They have a lifelong customer in me.

I had a very bad experience here at my first visit. My 2nd visit (because this was a Groupon "deal") they offered both an apology and 3 additional appointments in addition to the first 3. Clearly, they are taking customer service seriously and learning and we are all moving forward.

Scam. Do not go there for laser treatment. I got a groupon deal and went for TWO years to treat my upper lip. There was no improvement. Now it turns out they seem not to be using the proper laser hair removal tool but some skin rejuvenation method instead. Let me explain. I just moved to Boston and started treatment there in the hope it would finally work. At the new place they told me I shouldn’t have that much growth left after 2 years and they asked me if the machine used in Cincinnati was round or a square. Turns out the square one is a skin rejuvenation treatment that looks like it’s getting rid of hair but does not target the hair follicles themselves. Many centres use it because it is cheaper. This means that the hair grows back - which it shouldn’t with actual laser treatment- and that they keep having you come back endlessly to make money out of you. Make what you want of my review, I never saw improvement in my two years there and I would stay away from that place.

Very disappointing with this place. First two laser treatments were good, after that gets worse and worse. The staff didn’t want even listen me when I said about missing spots. Will not go there any more and I do not recommend that place.

I purchased two laser treatment services via groupon. Sanctuary DermaSpa does provide these services but my experience dealing with them was awful. The staff and management is very rude and inflexible. There were multiple times they called to change appointment times at the last minute due to lack of a technician but they cancelled the last laser treatment in my package because they refused to reschedule it. They have no concept of customer satisfaction and don't realize that happy customers are repeat customers. Don't go there.
