I had an excellent experience at Sanctuary! The spa was welcoming, clean, and had a relaxing vibe from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was kind. Lydia gave me a wonderful full-body massage, cleansing facial massage, and back treatment. I highly recommend this spa, and I will definitely be back!

I have had hundreds of massages by dozens of different therapists before, and yet Olivia worked my muscles in ways I had never felt before. A skilled therapist makes all the difference when getting a massage, so don't just settle for a "good enough" therapist, go see Olivia (or anyone at Sanctuary really), and experience the difference for yourself!!

I visited Sanctuary once before and thought it was a great massage. After visiting some other spas and having a bad experience recently somewhere else, I wanted to try Sanctuary again. The experience was fantastic and Lydia made me feel like I could melt right into the table. I won't be going anywhere else!

I've visited Sanctuary Massage a couple times and always had a great experience. I've seen Xander for every visit, and I cannot recommend enough: listens to my concerns/areas where I want to focus, is super nice, and always significantly improves the way I feel.

My first time at Santuary was so wonderful. I took a day off of work to pamper myself, and my day began here! The studio is very clean, and decorated in the cutest way. The staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Olivia was my masseuse, and she was so great. I included the facial and the scalp massage to ny session, which I very highly recommend!! Prices seemed fair for the services. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I love this place! It's in a great location on Frankfort Avenue. The staff is friendly, and my massage therapist, Nicole, is amazing! She listens and remembers details that pertain to my preferences for massage. I so appreciate her and her amazing gift for massage!

She skillfully worked through every knot and tension point that left me feeling rejuvenated. The pressure was just right—enough to relieve my sore muscles but gentle enough to keep it enjoyable. The heated massage table and hot towels added placed on my back added so much more comfort!! Post-massage, I felt like a new person—lighter, more relaxed, and with a newfound sense of clarity. My visit was like stepping into heaven! It started when I stepped into the office. I was greeted with a smile and a sweet hello. I filled out my paperwork and was asked if I needed something to drink and I was immediately seen by my masseuse Olivia. We connected she seem to know what my body needed. Full body and facial massage. Oh joy I never felt so good!!! God bless Olivia and this Spa. Now my Sanctuary ❤️ Come by make it your Sanctuary you will not regret it.

The Sanctuary Spa lives up to its name. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the light filled space is green with living plants. Lydia is a gifted massage therapist, skillful and responsive. After several sessions with her, I continue to be surprised each time by how much better I feel.

I’ve been seeing Lisa for over a year - she’s the only therapist who has been able to work out all the knots in my neck, and she brings a very calm and soothing vibe to the session. I so wish she had more Friday or evening availability! If you can see her, I also recommend Nicole!

Wonderful experience. Hannah was incredible. I have had massages all around the world and this was easily in the top three. Would recommend anyone to go here! They were super friendly and made the booking process very easy. Great location as well. Will be back on a regular basis!!

I floated out of Sanctuary on little clouds on my soft feet after receiving the Revive treatment with Lydia. The space is soothing and gorgeous, elevated by an exceptional, kind, warm practitioner. I've received bodywork in many ways for over 17 years and Lydia's work brought new sensations and relief which is such a gift.

I had a 90 minute prenatal massage with Lydia and I cannot recommend her enough. I felt amazing during and after. She was incredibly thoughtful and had a great zen vibe about her. It has been over a week since this massage and I’m dreaming of going back. Ava at the front desk was also very helpful and knowledgeable.

Lydia was amazing and listened to what I needed and gave me prob the best massage I have ever had. Perfect level of medium to hard I needed but with a relaxing and calming flow which made it perfect. The salon is tucked behind the main strip which makes it even more relaxing. Salon was very clean, smelled great, calming, front desk was great. Great experience, I’ll be back!

The Mind, Body, and Soul massage is fantastic!! Hot stones and a foot scrub are included with this massage. The massage therapists are very skilled and do a great job helping to relieve muscle tension and pain in my body. I leave there feeling so relaxed and calm. Highly recommend!
