My friend and I paid for the 5 hour spa treatment which included a body scrub, massage, facial, lunch and hair cut. When we arrived, we were taken into this relaxing waiting room, given robes and a generous pour of delicious red wine while we filled out the required paperwork. The wine was unexpected and our glasses were filled promptly again and again. Absolutely wonderful! My massage therapist was Denise. She did a spectacular job! I felt so relaxed I almost fell asleep. When I first entered the room, I just wanted to relax and not chat. She was respectful of this even without me communicating my desire for quiet. I really appreciated that. Towards the end, I was feeling more chatty and really enjoyed getting to know more about her and her family. She's very sweet and I highly recommend her. The massage came with aromatherapy and hot stones. For the facial, I had Meenez. She was also a joy to chat with. The facial massage was cool and relaxing. She gave me a bit of light therapy and my face looked much smoother and less blotchy. For lunch, I had their chicken salad sandwhich which was light and flavorful. It was a perfect mid day snack to come away just satisfied - not too full. For my haircut, I had the owner Pareen. She is a wonderful lady and hearing her story was definitely a highlight of a wonderful spa day. She gave me a pixie cut that matched what I was looking for. She was very meticulous and detail oriented. The smells throughout this whole process were relaxing and inviting. I spent hours combing though day spas in Melbourne and Orlando. Only two had 5 hour long spa day packages and I chose Sanctuary because they offered lunch and a haircut with their package. Absolutely worth the money and nearly hour and a half drive. I was visiting from Indiana and frequently complained that they weren't closer to home. Definitely recommend checking this place out. It's worth the experience and meeting these wonderful humans.

First time experiencing Sanctuary Salon & Med Spa and it was truly rejuvenating and relaxing, exactly what I was looking for. Sam was amazing and gave me a wonderful massage. She hit exactly the areas I was looking for, and I feel so refreshed! The staff is very welcoming, and immediately made me feel at peace when I walked in. The Salon is kept tremendously clean and the smell is so wonderful and super inviting! They offered my girlfriend and myself chai, coffee or tea, which was very generous! I was really impressed with the variety of services available here! Anyone looking to feel refreshed, and also look and feel their best should definitely come here! This Salon and Spa not only encourage enhancing your beauty and health, but they do so in the most optimally healthy and science-backed way possible! Congrats to Pareen and her amazing team on 25 years and here’s to 25 more!

Fred keeps my hair straight, healthy and beautiful! My daughter also gets her curly cute cut with Fred as a young adult now. Meenaz gives incredible facials! Diana gives the best massages, she's helped with a lot of the tension in my neck and back. This is the best Spa in town for results.

I went to see mew as and her lovely staff for my birthday trip to Disney in May 2023. I could not have been more delighted with the staff and the services provided. The ladies are knowledgeable, friendly and make you feel at home. They gave me a special birthday shout out and went above and beyond with customer service. I had a Moroccan glow scrub, a signature massage, and a signature facial. They even did derma planing and eyebrow threading and I have to say no one has ever done my brows so perfectly. meenaz is the best ❤️

It’s been about fifteen years with Sanctuary Salon and I have not gone anywhere else since then. A home away from home, for me! From sweet Maria who gives me a wonderful mini head massage whilst shampooing my hair, to Brenda my personal stylist who is more of a friend now, to the professionalism of Pat and Alder the other stylists, and Pareen Merchant, the owner, whose warmth and experience adds another star to the salon. Recommend it highly. If you haven’t been, give it a chance. Let’s bring back small businesses.

My experience at this spa was absolutely amazing!! Meenaz was fantastic at removing my skin tags and giving me a treatment plan to start healing my acne. Diana is truly the best and the front desk receptionist. Diana truly provided a holisitic relaxing experience and has the perfect touch to your sore areas. She is so kind and attentive!!! I been going to her since Jan 2023 and it has been life changing to do the monthly subscription. Self care it up here!
