The lady’s and I in my family love this spa , we Love it so much about ever 5 months we drive an hour and 1/2 one way ( from Ocala ) we definitely have plenty of spas in our area for Botox, but we find going to Sand lake our Botox last two months longer and it’s just done perfectly , so we make it a girls day with lunch and shopping . If you’re looking for a spa that is clean, comfortable with sweet employees that is exceptional in their fields . We have never had to return because we didn’t like the results that we got: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the first time in my life that I am writing a negative review, but I felt it necessary to express myself. I also hope this information reaches others to save them the suffering, time, and money. I have been receiving services at this SPA for over a year. I started under the previous management and loved their services so much that I bought several packages. (+5k on services). During my visits, everything was going well until Larisa, one of the star employees, resigned. After that, I noticed a decline in both the ambiance and quality, and the staff frequently made negative comments about the owner. The SPA then relocated, and their service quality continued to decline significantly, but since I had packages, I continued to go. Later, I was informed that one of the services, VelaShape, which I had paid for multiple sessions, would no longer be available. They did not offer any replacement, which I found extremely unfair since VelaShape had cost me a considerable amount of money. I expressed my concern, but they did nothing about it, making me feel undervalued as a customer who had invested heavily in their packages. As a result, I stopped going for a while. Recently, when I called to resume my services and use the ones I had already paid for, I was told that I had lost them and that I needed to contact the previous management. I am attaching proof of my messages. PLEASE NOTE, THE STARS YOU SEE IN GOOGLE REVIEWS FOR THIS BUSSINESS REFLECT THE PAST MANAGEMENT WHEN EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL. THEIR QUALITY IS VERY POOR RIGHT NOW.😪

Worst customer service, I was a customer from a long time, then they changed their technician. I didn’t like her as she was not good and I didn’t want to continue my laser treatment with her. I told them if someone they have some other technician I will finish the treatment which I already paid for. No body ever reached out to me. When I called them they said your treatment has expired and you cannot get a refund. I have had done multiple treatment with them in past, it’s just that technician wasn’t doing up to the levels considering what I got in past treatments. I would not recommend them.

Amazing experience! The staff here is so friendly and the laser techs are really good— they make the treatment much more tolerable and pain-free. I’m so happy with my results (much better and more effective than waxing).

Each time I come here for my laser sessions, it’s always a great experience. The staff is very welcoming and they always provide fast and efficient service. My tech is very great at keeping me informed of what she’s doing and educates me throughout the procedure!

Estou na minha sexta sessão de “laser hair removal” e simplesmente estou amando! Na verdade na terceira sessão já pude ver grandes resultados. Fora o atendimento que é simplesmente excelente! Tanto na chegada com as meninas que nos recebem sempre com um belo sorriso e um cafezinho que nunca dispenso ☺️. Como também as profissionais que me atendem , enfim . Lugar muito higienizado e harmônico . Estão de parabéns. Com certeza indico !

Eu completei minhas sessões de remoção de pêlos com laser e o resultado foi surpreendente, em poucas sessões vi resultado . Hoje conheci o Hydrafacial e a sessão unica ja mostrou um efeito Glow . Ja ansiosa para meus próximos protocolos .

I am on my 02nd session of laser hair removal and I already have no hair. I really recommend this place for laser hair removal. The staff is very good, they are very kind and professional. They did my 3D facial scanner and offered me many treatments for my skin. They use the best machines on the market. For sure I will be back to do more treatments.

I have a very good experience with sand lake medspa.. staff are very friendly , accommodating and very professional. Stephanie who does my facial/ microneedling is very patient and very thorough in her work. I highly recommend this place.

I just finished up with 6 laser hair removal treatments and couldn’t be happier. What a game changer! Everyone at the spa was so kind and professional. I never waited more than 2 minutes to be taken back to the laser room. They were always ready for me as soon as I showed up and were super flexible with scheduling. The pricing was very reasonable and the results are impressive. Sand Lake Med Spa was recommended to me by a friend and I will definitely be passing the recommendation on to other friends and family. Thanks ladies, you have all been amazing! 🤩

I really like doing laser hair removal here. The people are very nice and I like how they offer you aloe vera after doing laser. My underarms have gotten a lot lighter after doing laser here.

The service at Sand Lake Med Spa is exceptional. You are always greeted by name and offered a beverage when you arrive. I have done several rounds of laser and each time the results are better. It’s a process to be hairless, so make sure you trust that process! The techs know what they are doing! The spa is very clean and the atmosphere is calm and peaceful. You can tell they love what they do and you truly feel welcome. I love being a client here!

This place is impeccably clean and organized. The front staff is always friendly and Everytime I go there I don't wait more than 2 minutes before they call me in. They are super flexible and accommodating. Karina, the laser hair removal tech was always super nice, informative, and overall great at her job. She has great customer service skills and the whole team overall is great. I would return here because of the amazing service!
