I had a wonderful experience at Sandglass Massage. I chose an aromatherapy massage that melted away my tension. I also love the all natural skincare products, and the candles are incredible. Highly recommend.

I've moved away from Austin, but the one thing I miss the most are my massages by Donna. As a sign language interpreter it's hard to find someone who understands my specific needs. Donna gets it. She knows how to work out those knots in the forearms and shoulders like no one I've ever seen before. She's not afraid to get in there and work out what needs to be done. She's a gem!

My first time at this spa for the full body scrub and butter polish. This was a real treat! The salt scrub was nice, followed by steam towels, then massage with body butter. I felt like this was a perfect treatment for my "summer" skin, very soft and hydrated.

I have been enjoying Donna's massage therapy for years... I tried something different on my last visit, OMG!! I tried the back scrub that includes hot stones and aroma therapy of your choice. I also added the foot scrub. AMAZING! Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️

My massages from Donna treat all my aches and pains and trouble areas, while also giving me an all-over feeling of well-being and care. I appreciate so much the therapeutic aspects, and the relaxation both. I leave feeling better and knowing that I will have fewer aches and pains, and a better range of movement. Donna is attentive and responsive and checks in with me on pressure, problem areas and treatments. I'm so grateful for her contribution to my well-being.

Donna is amazing! I love how she coordinates spa services along with massage. The dry brushing, hot towels, & exfoliation are some of my favorites. I recommend Prime Luxury service. You leave there feeling super refreshed!

The only dislike was that the hour only lasted 60 minutes. I would have happily stayed there all day, but I’m sure Donna’s hands would have needed a break. 😉 Donna is fantastic - go see her!

By far my favorite massage therapist. She focuses on problem areas and works out those pesky knots. She is easy to communicate and book appointments with via Facebook. She was willing to accomodate my scheduling needs which was very much appreciated.

I booked a massage with Donna because I was well over due for some self care. While I didn't have any specific requests or trouble areas, Donna was very thorough in asking me what I wanted from my massage and what areas needed attention if any. I found the environment to be soothing and relaxing. Donna was very professional and I felt very relaxed the whole time. I especially enjoyed the way Donna worked. She checked in with me often on desired pressure, certain areas that she could tell needed more attention and she also checked in with me in general to make sure I was comfortable. I found Donna to be extremely good at what she does and I thoroughly enjoyed my massage. Her hands were both firm in pressure and gentle in touch and I don't think I've relaxed like that in a long while. The hour went by too quickly but I enjoyed myself immensely and left super relaxed. Payment via Venmo was super convenient as well. I really hope I make the time to go again soon and you should too. Thank you, Donna!

I recommend Sandglass with no reservations. Donna is hands down (no pun intended) the most attentive and adept masseuse I've found. She asks questions, pays attention, and provides excellent care. I took my mother for crippling lower back issues and my plantar fasciitis and chronic shoulder/neck problems to Donna, and we've both been in great shape since. We will definitely be returning again.

Last month as I was hastily packing and getting ready to leave for a two week Vacation the next morning, I seemed to really mess up my shoulder. I was in so much pain that it hurt to turn my head or even lift my arm, so of course I was panicked. Donna was able to get me in last minute, and help get me fixed up for my trip that next morning. Donna was very professional, and the massage room is very clean and has a calming feel to it. Most importantly though, she made me feel so much better!

The best massage experience in Austin hands down! The ambiance of the massage room is super relaxing. The service is delivered with an incredible attention to detail and care because Donna talks to her customers to understand what they need and delivers exceeding expectations. The massages I’ve received there were excellent. Just the right amount of pressure as I discussed with Donna. And to boot she makes incredible lotions. I have recommended her to my friends and all had amazing experience.

What I love about Donna’s service, she asked me about which areas of my body needed work on. She listened to what I wanted and she tailored her service to meet my individual needs. She’s dedicated to giving you the client, a great experience. She delivers. I will be booking another session soon as my work schedule allows it.
