So I called on Wednesday to make an appointment on Friday morning for me and my daughter. Told her what we wanted. When we got here the lady told me that my daughter had to have her own hair for the price $150. Then I said that’s ok she begged for us to come back in. My daughter was trying to get directions for her newborn to get to the doctor and they are yelling in her ear talking. She said excuse me. Then they started yelling at her saying she was being disrespectful. Because she should go outside. Then I told my daughter this isn’t normal when I come and then the lady jumped into the conversation between me and my daughter yelling. I said I’m talking to my daughter and she said but you are talking about us. I said but I’m not talking to you. She kept talking. Like she wanted to argue. I don’t come here that often but I will never come here again. Their customer service sucks! And they are late and you might have to have your own hair!!! Oh and you have to pay cash or CashApp and you pay the fee for CashApp… let that speak volumes about this place. A total waste of time. Don’t bother… Find somewhere else!

Terrible service I’m never coming back again. Never. Called them at 10 Came at 1 and I’ve been waiting for 3 hours. I feel like crying my entire day is wasted. Now 4 hours they did 3 braids to keep me here and are working on someone else. Said she had an appointment they forgot about. And now I’m being charged 30 more than I was told previously

I went in on Thursday to get faux locs. I made an appointment and still waited an hour until the lady showed up. I told her that it was too tight but she continued. It is now Sunday and after not being able to rest I took my hair down. My scalp was on fire and now is extremely tender and sensitive to a single tap of my fingers. I have been getting my hair put in different twists and braided styles for years and I know that my head shouldn't have been in this much pain. I paid $200 for a terrible service that didn't last me 3 days due to pain. They had hair everywhere. A lady kid was running around the shop. I'm disappointed. This wasn't my go to shop. But I went there because they were unavailable that day and I just wanted my hair done. I see now what impatience gets me. Never again. My scalp is so sore and damaged there's no telling when I will ever be able to sit in someone else's chair again!!!!!!!!

Appointment is always on time .. They are the Only people I go to for my senglease twist because no one does them like I want but them.. I've been going to them for about 1yr and half now and I love them...

I have been coming here for 5 years, and I love the work they do! Sandra does a great job, have great prices, braid very fast, & have such great customer service! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

They do really good work they make your hair look just like the pictures only thing is is that they need to stop braids in people's edges because they're taking them out and when you tell him not to break your edges they still braid your edges and they shouldn't be because they're taking people's hair out

I came to get my hair braided not even a month ago my braids came loose a week later I went and got them fixed mind you she only fixed like three a week later loose again the whole front of my hair look like I had it up for months and the size was not to big and not to small will neeeever go to this place again on top of me paying 180 smh oh and I have Senegalese

I visited this location last Wednesday, July 18th. I believe it was Sandra that was kind enough to do my hair at the last minute. I'm a novice when it comes to braids. I've had my hair braided maybe 3x's in the last 3 years. It was a simple updo and because of her willingness to stay so late, and I really liked the style I gave her a good tip...$30. I'm giving a 3 star rating because I took my hair down yesterday. While doing my hair I told her it hurt and that it was too tight. By Sunday I had bumps around my hairline behind my ears and nape. The center of my head was still sore. I contacted Sandra via text to let her know what was happening. Instead of offering to at least redo the back braids, she just said ok. When I told her I will have to go to someone else next time, she said ok no problem. It's unfortunate because she's very nice, but if she doesn't care to fix it, she doesn't really care if I give her my business.
