I'm a Real Bearded Santa and I've been going here for over six years. Jackie trims my beard and hair. All of the ladies are Great. Krista does my feet. I'm a diabetic and she takes great care of me. Tell them Santa sent you!

Ive been coming here for a while but even if you have an appointment they make you wait more. If one of their friends come in they'll take them and make you wait.

Sitting in here as we speak. They are more worried about the drama then getting my nails done. The lady keeps stopping to lean over & whisper stuff to the other lady. Wouldn't suggest this place. Go to khakis nail salon much better service !

My family and I have been going there for year however the last couple of years the whole salon has gone hill. The customer service in this place is a joke. You have an appointment and if "their" friend calls and needs to get in they push you to the side to take care of their friends first. I live in the complete other side of town but didnt mind going all the way over there because of how great they use to be. I refuse to ever make that trip again and it's not only me they lost as a client but most of my family went there (sisters, brothers, in-laws the list just goes on and it was due to word of mouth from us) It really saddens me that the quality of the service has gone down so much and I'd dictated but making sure "their" friends are satisfied more then paying costumes that can bring in more business.

Worst customer service experience ever. I had an 11 am appt that I showed up to ten minutes early. Three employees saw me walk in- not one of them spoke to me, much less greeted me or asked for my name and appt info. After 20 minutes of waiting (still, without being addressed) a hair dresser who I presumed to be mine, walked in and glared at me before walking to the back not to be seen for another 5 minutes before she came back and started talking to one of the other employees. Finally, after having been ignored for half an hour, I got up and walked out. VERY RUDE, unprofessional and disrespectful business.

I waited over an hour and never got attended, favorite customers came before somebody whos been waiting. After the hour I waited I took my business elsewhere. Very rude I would never go back.
