Crystal is really good! I have 3a/b type curly hair and it’s really difficult to find someone who cuts curly hair. I am really happy with the service. They also have a 7day period where u can come again if u r not happy with your haircut. Definitely would recommend this salon🙂

I booked my appointment with Crystal and I am SO happy with how my hair came out. She was super quick and efficient with time but also made sure she took her time and left you leaving look right! I got a silk press with a deep conditioner and trim and I am so happy with my hair. She gave great advice on washing my hair whenever I go back to being natural. When it came time to cutting, she made 100% sure I knew what length I wanted it before making any cuts. I really appreciated that she even had me stand to make sure my hair was as straight as possible! Definitely made a client out of me and can’t wait to come back and get my hair done by her!

I was able to be seen quickly. My hairstylist Crystal was efficient, fast and friendly. I also enjoyed how gentle they were with my hair the entire process. I had a silk press and it was beautiful. Definitely would recommend to others.

You deserve no stars I made my appt on 12/08 with Crystal for 3:30 on 12/09 I arrived 15 mintues early hate being late there was no one there I was ghosted by Crystal guesse what tge best revenge is social media facebook and instragram of how I was ghosted and to make sure noneo does business there

I came here on Monday and it was my first time there. It’s hard for me to find someone who can cut curly hair well, but crystal did an amazing job at cutting my hair.The pricing for the haircut is amazing, most places are very expensive when it comes to just a haircut so i highly recommend coming here.

I was searching locally for a salon that could braid my biracial son’s hair. It was difficult to get time until I found Sa’Nia. They were super fast on my request for an appt and could fit us in the very next day. Aneesa was so nice and gentle with him(he’s tender headed). I showed her a picture and she literally duplicated it perfectly. He was super happy with it and we have found a new home for his braids. All of the ladies in the shop were very nice and I appreciate the customer service. Thank you.

This was my first visit to Crystal. She is very professional asking questions regarding my hair and the look I wanted. She covered my grays without getting the black color on back of my shirt or top forehead ( as done by my retired stylist). I loved the outcome of my hair and I welcomed her suggestions. After moving to AZ from IL, I was concerned about being able to find a new hair salon. I’d gotten a big chop on my natural hair prior to relocating. Fast forward 5 months, my hair had grown out and I was in desperate need of a professional cut and color. Rather than basing my decision on word of mouth, I decided to read reviews online. I found great reviews on Crystal, and decided to contact her. She was able to schedule my appointment within a couple of days. She was very professional and she took her time, asking me what I wanted.She was concerned about my satisfaction, doing temperature checks throughout, to ensure my satisfaction. End result...I love, love, love my hair! The color, cut and style are beautiful! My husband also loves it. Thank you Crystal for making my transition from another state seamless!

Crystal is awesome. I always feel like I’m going to visit a friend. I had problems with split ends and she flawlessly took care of them without getting rid of my length. She also explained different products for taking care of my hair. Everything was professional. Plus her taste in music is A+.

Crystal was absolutely amazing… I went in to have my hair dyed red. Crystal matched the color perfectly from a picture I sent. Crystal dyed, trimmed, and styled my hair for a super reasonable price. Crystal was very professional, her salon was spotless, and we wore a mask the entire time which I definitely appreciate. Also I DIDN’T HAVE TO WAIT( I love a hair stylist that doesn’t make me wait for my appointment) . I will definitely be returning to this salon and referring my friends and family.

She pulled, yanked and snatched my head everyway my neck and head could go! Rung my hair out like a dish towel! But it hurted soooo good! Also never had a stylist talk to me like a little child before, but for some strange reason it made me feel young again! In my 44 years of of living life i can honestly say, my shampoo and conditioner and blow dry was worth the 46.00 dollars! THANKS!

So I just moved here from Wisconsin and I've been super skeptical about another hairdresser doing my hair🤦🏼‍♀️...My sister has been doing my hair for the past 20yrs...After a lot of research looking for a salon that was Black Owned and Reasonably Priced I found Sa'Nia Salon...I read the Reviews and was quite impressed👌🏼 I contacted the Owner Crystal and she was very Knowledgeable and Professional and got me an appointment right away the next day❤...She allowed me to explain to her how I'd like my hair done and the process which is based on how my sister did my hair...Crystal followed every instruction with no hesitation and asked questions along the way she made sure she was doing everything to my liking...My hair turned out Amazing!!!😘...Color/Deep Condition and Silk Press...I was very nervous and scared that this was going to be a Disaster but it was the total opposite...I believe I found my New Stylist!!! Thank you again Crystal

The atmosphere was nice. The hairstylist (owner) was nice too. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that when I called her I told her my hair was in bad shape. I showed her many styles, but we went with none of the styles because it was said I needed a relaxer to get those chosen hair styles. The back of my hair was thinning out. I shared that with her a week before my appointment date. I told her I was going to need a chop, conditioner etc because it had been a long time since I had gotten my hair done and the color I had in my hair had broke my hair off really bad. I never got the hair condition, sit under the dryer type of treatment, just a wash. She never had a consultation with me about my hair thinning in the back. I ask what did she prefer I put in my hair or how to take care of it. She just told me to wear a bonnet and don't wrap my hair. The hair style was cute when I got it done..I had a flat iron .swoop to.side in front. You know just the.regular look. I am natural..so of course it just reverted back to what it.was before. My hair was $80 and I gave her a $20 tip because that's just what I do. I am a giver! I will say this. She had some very gentle hands. I will never forget that about her and she is a very sweet lady.

i got my dutch braids done, for 65 dollars and i’m so upset that i haven’t figured out about this place long ago! i love how she kept the conversation kicking and it felt like we were family. laughing, smiling and everyone was overall having a good time. they care about your hair and it’s a great environment. place ladies go their and get your hair did if you want to see it shine!!

I am picky with my hair and I am so happy to have found a hair stylist to do exactly what I wanted without having to go into total detail and show her. Crystal was amazing straightening and trimming my hair. This is the place to go to in Arizona for your hair care needs. They do just about every hair style there. Please call her, don't call anyone else!!!!!!

I don't live in Phoenix and desperately needed an ethnic hair salon. I was so fortunate to find Sa'Nia and the owner Crystal personally did my hair! It looks AMAZING and I will definitely come back to her on my next visit to Phoenix! Thank u Crystal!

I have been coming to Sa Nia Salon for 4 years. I have moved several times and it is still worth the 45 minute drive. Crystal was willing to learn a new skill and become certified in order to meet my request. I can always count on Crystal to schedule me even if it is last minute.
